“I'm impressed. I was warned against going to walmart, but for a regular commuter car.. what the heck. I was in and out in 45 minutes, for new tires mounted and balanced, and I actually watched them torque down my wheels... then they drove it around the block and re-torqued them... I've never seen even the dealer do that. Won me over.”

“Had my oil changed there last week. Pulled up and Doug the manager came up and asked me to pull right in. Doug took down all my information and he got the team to start to work on the car right away. Doug was very friendly, outgoing, and checked back several times to ensure everything was going okay. He suggested other services I may need and went over the final report with me. I watched Doug work and he provided the same service to every customer that came in. Doug is a great asset to your company and I will definitely come back.”

“I always bring my different cars here to the Walmart Auto Care Center, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful every time. Geneava has assisted me on many occasions, always answering my questions and helping me with any concerns. She has even helped me with refunds when needed. I’ve also had issues with some appointments being canceled, but she always resolves everything quickly and efficiently. 20/10 for Geneava! Highly recommended.”
