Went to this establishment yesterday between 2-3 pm. All 3 bays were open but with orange cones in front. No one to be seen. Decided to go inside. Front door was locked. I walked in through the bays. No one was there. I called and left a voicemail. No one called back. I guess I'll find another place to go. 0 stars.

I typically do my own oil change, but as a last minute resort I've gone there twice. Although the service is quick and easy to access. The customer service is... to be polite wrather rude. The price isn't great, but for the price you pay the employees there should know a smile goes a long way. Both times I've gone it's felt like they don't even want to be there. They seem miserable to say the least.

Zero stars - do not go to this location. After the oil change, noticed my driveway full of oil about a week later. I was also having transmission issues unrelated to the oil change and took my vehicle in for service and they said the oil leak was because they didn’t tighten the plug correctly after.
I called and spoke with grease monkey after and spoke with Joe who said he’d cover the cost of the service request to Bill Lees since Grease monkey clearly didn’t tighten the plug. Thankfully Bill Lees fixed the issue.
Going back to the store and speaking to Randy the manager - he says they would never take care of the cost and I should have brought it back to them. Who would take it back knowing they were inept in the first place.
They called bill lees and then called me and said they won’t pay for the 150 because it wasn’t for the oil plug. Take a look at the attached picture.
Grease monkey is the WORST oil change place I have EVER dealt with.

Listen to the other reviews and stay far away from this place.
The website offers a 15 dollar off coupon for full synthetic oil changes. When I presented the coupon they indicated they do not accept coupons at this location. The website states that the coupons are accepted nationwide. A full synthetic oil change was $107.
In addition to that, they were not able to get the hood closed. They claimed it is something to do with the latch and offered a simple “sorry” and suggested we take the vehicle to a body shop. Prior to today, there has never been an issue with the hood latch.
Now, the alert light is on indicating the hood is open and on our drive home it was slightly popping up.
I’m shocked that this was the level of service extended and appalled that this company is even operating.

Horrible, even when i told them the oil grade to use they do different and no refunds, so i have to spend on another oil change in a different place (Valvoline) because they cannot simple say up front we only follow what the manufacture goes for the vehicle.

Came here at 3:25 pm on 9/26 and although it looked open, nobody was there. The office was locked and we could see a man sitting behind the corner but he didn’t answer. Very unprofessional and we won’t be coming back.

I had such a great experience. The guys who helped me were very friendly, the whole process took less than 20 mins, and no one tried to tack on any additional costs like air filters or wiper fluid. I’ll def use them again in the future!
