“Such a friendly, customer service oriented place . I’ve been coming to get my dogs groomed since they opened and by far the best I’ve experienced, and today my large dog escaped his collar and ran out to the parking lot. The gentleman employee jumped into action and helped me get him and then helped me pay and walked me to my car. I was embarrassed and overwhelmed, but this employee went above and beyond. Truly appreciate the customer service and friendliness.”
