I am very disappointed at Publix as customers I spent thousand of dollars my little one always goes to Publix bakery got 2 cookies this lady now said no just one for you ( I can't believe you are so cheap to little kids unfriendly person in bakery ) a few cents matter for you than hurting little kids feeling
We will start shopping more at other market that is now how you treat your customers !!

My Worst experience has to be at this Publix , most of the time Publix cares but not here.. I will have to say there only a handful of people who actually want to see you smile. Just go to the next Publix, better Manger's at the next store who actually care about their customers.?
