They decided to move a building that took up 3 entire lanes in one of the busiest areas in Tampa in 6pm traffic. Come on, use some common sense! Never will use this company for anything. IQ is room temperature at best with these guys.

Brett Johnson & his crew are simply the best there is in the house moving and foundation work business. These guys are consummate professionals who have seen it all, and thus they go about their business with confidence and efficiency garnered from decades of experience. Brett Johnson is a true Southern Gentleman and if you are lucky enough to hear him tell some of his tales of 'Old Florida', you'll come away with a greater appreciate of the kind of folk who have worked this land long before the masses showed up. Our challenge was to move our beach house on Keewaydin Island in Naples Florida 30' and elevate them 10'. Since this property is boat access only, a barge was necessary to transport all equipment. The local house movers from Fort Myers, where not responsive and over bid. We had to reach out to the entire state and even LA. Thank god we found Johnson House Movers. They hit every check mark you want in a house mover. Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Capable, On Time. They were by far our favorite and best crew on this job. At every turn, it was a can do attitude, and they moved the house without a crack, a jolt or any hick up what so ever. Frankly they make a hard job look extremely easy. There was never any whining, asking to re-trade or extra fees or any BS. If I were you, I would scratch off the list everyone else in the state and beg and plead to have these guys put you on their work schedule. I'd be happy to provide a personal reference, you can contact me by searching keeisland on line. It was a real pleasure working with these guys, Brett, Kyle and Beau all work together with a handfull of hard working others. We never once heard a single complaint or grumble, instead, they bowl over any obstacle or taks necessary without so much as a whimper or whine. Mr. Johnson (and Sons) are very good at what they do. I own an older house (est. 1926) in Manatee County and Britt and his sons replaced the supports under the structure while leveling (as much as possible) it at the same time. They are very fair and "easy to get along with". No problem with them being late (or not showing at all) to get the job done. Whether you need a house moved or properly supported, give them a call.
