You would not typically expect this kind of professionalism and customer service from a storage facility, but that's exactly what I have consistently received that last five years as a customer. Heather in the main office should be considered a national treasure and protected at all costs. During the last two hurricanes we needed to evacuate out of flood zones rather quickly. Heather offered us some temporary space while the storm passed and the flood waters receded. She refused to let me pay for those couple of weeks while I got my belonging organized and moved into a larger permanent unit! Another thing is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. In the entire history of the universe you will not find cleaner bathrooms at a storage facility! It's the little things like this that have made me a lifelong customer! I can't thank them enough for supporting our local Parrish Community! #ParrishStrong”
“Great place! They raised the rate $10 a month after like 9 months but besides that everything was flawless. No signs of bugs or water damage on anything, always very clean and easy to access. Move out was super easy too, the on site guy just closed me out.”
