I would highly recommend this location. My dog is very anxious, and he had an amazing time. The kennels were clean and well maintained.

Even though there was a mix up with the reservation, they were gracious enough to board my Auggie. He also got a nice bath before coming home at a very reasonable price. I will recommend.

First boarding experience anywhere with our career changed guide-dog pup so I was a bit nervous. All in all, he came home safe and happy as a clam. The rates are reasonable, the building looked super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. What more could you ask for?

This place is nice. I felt very comfortable leaving my one year-old rat terrier here I dealt with Jeff he was very nice and accommodating explained everything what I loved about the place is my dog was in her own safe space always I didn’t have to worry about her getting attacked. by any other dogs when they let them out individually, they can run and play and still see the other dogs in their own space I highly recommend this place.

First rate kennel!! Very caring and involved. My girl slept for 24 hours after coming home, not just locked in a pen!! Jeff the owner was there at pickup and drop-off. Super guy and staff!! Very pleased and not expensive compared to other places we have used. Will be back!!

Because our Greyhound Bandit loves to travel we decided to take him with us on our trip to see family in Florida. It’s a fur piece from Nashville to Parrish but he made the entire trip there and back without a hitch. Was happy when we found out that the owner Jeff had lived in the same town as we did back in Illinois. His staff was very courteous & caring from start to finish, we highly recommend this boarding facility. Thanks again.

This boarding facility is wonderful. I really can’t express how much I appreciate the owner and staff. My two dogs went to stay with them in June for what was supposed to be a few weeks. However, weeks turned into months because our new build kept getting delayed. The owner was very responsive, understanding and flexible the whole time. I am thankful for Shagri-La Pet Resort treating my fur babies like family and keeping them happy. My dogs will definitely be back!!

Shagri-La is a local, family owned pet boarding facility. It is located outside of the city center to keep the environment calm and relaxing for pets staying here. Lots of free parking. This is full service so for an extra charge your pet can come home smelling fresh and clean. Cats have a separate area. Extra amenities include time in the pool (extra charge). My pickup schedule changed and that was no problem, they were able to accommodate without an issue. They also have a frequent stay program where the 20th night is free. Make sure you request a punch card.

My dog loved it there and we will definitely be using Shagri-La in the future. I was extremely nervous about leaving our dog while we went on vacation. In February we relocated to FL, turning her world upside down. To follow that up she tore both ACL’s within 10 weeks of each other and had them both surgically repaired and had just fully recovered when we had to board her. Jeff was awesome. We took medication along for in case she needed it and Jeff made sure she got a couple swim sessions in. She came home clean, healthy and happy! Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Harry Potter goes there frequently. He loves it. Sometimes he stays overnight, and sometimes he is only there during the day. Everyone is so nice, including their groomer Megan. Prices are reasonable and they are very accommodating!
