The Gardens 55+ Lifestyle Community is a beautiful, well-maintained, and clean community in Parrish, East Manatee County. It is described as the best community in Manatee County, hands down, and a great place to live. Residents enjoy a resort-like atmosphere with an Olympic heated pool and hot tub, a renewed Club House, and plenty of activities including pickleball and tennis courts, a billiards room, a card room, a glass crafts room, an exercise room, a library, and a TV room. The plantings and yards are well maintained, and the streets are clean. The office staff is amazing, helpful, and great to work with, making residents feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is always open and the monthly fees are affordable. The community is convenient and close to everything new in the area. Residents are friendly and social, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where people find their forever home. It is a 55-plus community with a bunch of social activities, highly recommended for those looking to move.

Took grand tour, available models and open listings, renewed Club House, Olympic heated pool and Hot tub, pickleball+Tennis courts, Billiards room, Card room, Glass crafts room, and more. Well maintained plantings and yards. Convenient to all what's NEW in Parrish - East Manatee County. Ask for Greg Babbit👍

I couldn't be happier to be moving into such a beautiful 55plus community. Christina and Michelle have been great to work with. There's a bunch of social activities and my church is close by. I am really looking forward to making The Gardens my new home, and you should also.
