I am very disappointed with the service I received from this post office. My package was delivered to the wrong address, and despite reaching out several times, no one followed up or took responsibility. I provided all the tracking information and details, but there was no effort made to recover my package or properly assist me. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expect better from Parrish post office.

This has got to be the laziest, sloppiest branch of USPS I’ve ever seen, packages and mail are always delivered incorrectly. Thankfully, most neighbors in the neighborhood are decent. Constantly have package delivery issues. One package even was sent back to the sender.
Been waiting on a particular package for weeks, not realizing package was going to require a signature … I was still home that day, so had they actually come to the door for the signature I could have easily signed for it.… when I see that the package was marked online as “recipient not available” low and behold they have placed a recipient not available/sorry we missed you slip in my mailbox. Never attempted to deliver mail, never came to the door, now the following day and I have come into the post office and the hours of operation say 830 to 430, it’s 10 AM and nobody’s here. I have seen about two dozen other people attempting to come into the post office also wondering what is going on.
Why don’t you guys just scrap this hub? I’d rather go to Tampa to pick up my mail where they’re at least somewhat reliable.

I paid $80.00 for thank you cards to introduce our newborns arrival and every single card was destroyed last week during the rain storm. People were texting me telling me that my babies face was ruined in the cards and they were upset for us. This special moment was taking from us due to their careless actions. Some cards were sent back to me destroyed because of how undeliverable they were. I’m so upset. This is rude, and disappointing. I don’t recommend ever using this USPS location for any of their services. -1000 stars

I have never had a post office this bad. Packages in our neighborhood and mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address. Peoples medications, important documents and other private information is being delivered to wrong recipients. This needs to be fixed

Why is usps the worst option for shipping a package? These people constantly leave packages behind for days making delivery late. Every single thing that ships usps is held up some random place for days. DOGE come end usps. According to tracking my delivery been sitting in a bin 2 miles away from my house where I need my part.

Constantly misdelivers mail to the wrong mailbox. Do not recommend this carrier unless absolutely necessary. Save yourself the headache.

I can't get mail at my new address so I have to keep going here every couple of days to get my mail. UPS, FedEx and Amazon can all deliver to my new address just fine, not sure why the USPS can't get with the times and deliver mail. If they weren't funded by our taxes, they would be out of business. I'm also not sure why they close at 4:30pm when everyone else in the world has to work to 5:00 p.m. or later.

I was panicking thinking that my package was delivered to the wrong address and came the following day to this location hoping that wasn’t the case and the workers here quickly helped me to figure out what happened despite it being chaotic because of the holidays and resolved my issue quickly they really put my mind at ease so thank you so so much !!!!

Had mail which required signature. They left a notice in the community mailbox, not my door, which tells me they didn't even come to my house. Not to mention I have cameras, which would capture if they came to my door, and I work from home, so I'm always home... I attempted to reschedule the delivery, but it said it had already been rescheduled. Now it's being returned to the sender.
