I bought a reclining sectional from AAFES a year ago, but when it arrived, it was broken. I quickly contacted customer care to report the damage, hoping they would help me. However, since that first call, I have been given the runaround. I have sent multiple emails, but no one has answered me. I have also waited for a phone call that has never come. It feels frustrating and disappointing that after spending my money, I am left without a solution and no one seems to care. I expected much better service and support. Because of this bad experience, I have made up my mind. I will never order anything from AAFES again. It has been a frustrating year dealing with this issue, and I just want to share my story so others know what to expect, or rather, what not to expect from this company.

Great store but encountered a rude staff .
Went to the self checkout and asked if they price match and she told us NO then I asked her again if she is sure they don’t price match because it literally says on the website that they do. she then told us to go to the cashier to do it there so we went to the cashier and the person working there named ROSE had an attitude towards us the whole time. Took her forever to do it and kept asking her co working if she has an amazon account so she can check it even though we were already trying to show it to her on amazon prime. She shouldn’t be working at a cashier or any customer service job if she’s just gonna be rude towards customers.
