Joselyn helped my mom get her supplies. Very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. My mom is 87 and bed bound. She help us get the right things based on her needs instead of what the insurance wanted to cover. I had no idea what the differences were with the supplies and she took the time to explain it so nicely and patiently.
