“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service at Extra Space Storage – 500 S State Rd 7, Hollywood I can’t say enough great things about the team at this Extra Space Storage location! Nicole Victory and her coworker Jerome were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nicole was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to walk me through all the options and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice. Jerome was just as helpful—friendly, Funny, efficient, and clearly committed to providing top-notch customer service. Together, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it’s the staff that really sets this place apart. If you’re looking for storage in the Hollywood area, I highly recommend this location.
