It’s a older Spanish lady that works there at night she is extremely rude I guess the store was closed for cleaning I stopped to get some snacks and the delivery truck was outside she’s inside with her head phones in can’t hear I knock on the glass a bunch of times. She’s going off about how it’s closed I said ok and tried to tell her her delivery was outside waiting and she proceeds to be extra. So I told her aggressively that I was just trying to tell her her order was here she’s still cursing and speaking Spanish please she’s horrible horrible attitude both interactions with her was terrible

The manager and cashier on duty here truly need a lesson in professionalism. What I endured today and the fake empathy because they didn't have time to deal with this and forget about it. I am appalled and honestly you want to preach karma, the way you treat people comes back to you and being fake nice is worse. I have intergrity which you both obviously lack and to instuiate that as if I'm trying to scam 7eleven out of $45 when I'm a victim from a horrible service from cash app and dealing with this 7 eleven location that truly felt inconvinced by my issue. Cash app never gave me the money and claims that 7 eleven did the transaction wrong. 7 eleven wants to blame cash app and the only correct thing done in this matter was for the manager to give me the money back but made sure to tell me it's my karma if I do get the money from cash app and don't come back to return it. Yet when I come back into the store after 30 minutes to show you that cash app is stating the merchant i.e 7 eleven made the error, you want to dismay the matter. Shame on you and I wish I got your name. Short white lady that doesn't speak Spanish, your karma will come.
I came back to update this post, I went to CVS next door because the money I had on cash was necessary to pay a bill and they were able to correctly process the transaction with the barcode, same process that took place in 7 eleven & as soon as my receipt printed, the money was in my cash app account. If you do not know how to use a system, get training. You blamed cash app for your pure incompetencey and had the nerve to make it seem as though I was trying to pull a fast one. You've admitted this happens often at your location, it's obviously user error and have probably caused distress for numerous customers because of your ignorance.

Oh my God! The experience I get when I go to this 7-Eleven it’s one of the best. They greet you when you walk in. And the cleanest of this store is immaculate. The employees are great and the manager always have a smile when you walk in.They have conversation with you while you wait. Though out all of the 7-Eleven stores from Broward. This one tops the best. and this is just not from one visit. I’ve been coming here for a year now and its been the same.

OMG!!!!!THIS IS BY FARTHE WORSE AND I MEAN WORSE 7-11 STORE I HAVD EVER BEEN TO...SO THE CASHIER AND HE WAS A DUDE!!!..ALL THIS OVER A HOTDOG ?...THE MAN HE GOT VERY VERY AND I MEAN VERY UPSET ? WITH ME..BECAUSE I WANTED TO PAY TWO SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS AND HE GOT IRATE BECAUSE I ASK HIM TO SEPARATE THE ITEMS AND HE STARTED YELLING ,CALLING ME OUT MY NAME , THREATENING ME AND DEGRADING ME AS A WOMAN BECAUSE I ASK TO PAY ITEMS SEPARATELY. THE MANAGER CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND TO MY SURPRISE SHE CONDONED HIS BEHAVIOR STATING ITS TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY..THIS IS TRUE BUT I TOLD HER TO RUN THE VIDEO AND SHE WILL SEE THAT I SAID AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG BUT DID THAT FIX THE SITUATION..ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! SHE LITERALLY ASK ME TO LEAVE AND I ADVISED HER THAT I WAS NOT BECAUSE HER EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR WAS OUTRIGHT DISRESPECTFUL AND DEGRADING. THE EMPLOYEE THREATENED ME AND THE MANAGER DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. AND ALL THIS WAS OVER A HOT DOG ? CHIPS AND SODA. JUST UNBELIEVABLE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY TALK AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE NOTHING BUT THE DIRT ON THEIR SHOE. THIS IS NOT OVER. I WILL BE FILING A POLICE REPORT REGARDING THE THREAT ON MY LIFE.

Today I had a bad experience with a lady. I asked her a basic question if she had chicken and her answer was not appropriate. She responded very rudely. I am a customer who has been shopping at this store for more than 5 years and every day my team from work we went to buy and put gas in the cars and I had never had bad service in this store but today yes and I think this is the last time I spend in this place we will look for another place where they have good service

Went to pick up my oldest from piano practice and had to stop for gas. Pump 9 froze so I moved to pump 10.Once done I pressed yes for my receipt and it made a printing sound but nothing came out. I went in with my kids to get the receipt and decided to get them slurpees. At the register I told the cashier I wanted to use my free medium slurpee reward but they only had small and large cups. She said they haven't gotten medium in yet but confirmed i could still use my reward so I scanned my app and paid.Now I see it did not scan the reward since it's still in my app wallet. In addition to this the signs on the machine said small was 50 cents and large was 75 cents but that was not the case according to my receipt. I'm tired of redeeming a reward and it not being scanned for use.To top it off the blue raspberry slurpee flavor was changed as it taste more sour and not like it use to. Wawas taste the same so I'll be going there instead going forward...@"09

I wish I could give zero stars the bald guy with glasses was so rude I was trying to buy gift cards for my sons teachers because today was Valentine day and I didn't have cash so I had to go get cash from my banks atm he seemed upset and immediately stopped speaking to me ignored me and even started raising his voice when I asked him where is the nearest bank because I am not familiar with the area, all I have to say is a little grace and kindness goes a long way.

Terrible experience! I encountered a cashier who was extremely inhospitable towards me when I explained a price mismatch. Not only did she not honor a price adjustment, she refused my service and demeaned me to leave the store in front of other customers. She refused to provide a name or her manager's name. The level of indecency here is at an all time high yet strangely enough I shop here all the time. I wonder who pays for her hourly wage? Hmm. Whoever is reading this, do yourself a favor - don't shop here. I certainly will not moving forward.

The manager here. Was very rude short because I asked for $30 in gas and She put $8.30. Then yell when I asked her about. She yelled at this old lady she asking for something. She straps att her. You have to 2 minutes or the gas will turn off. Worst service ever. I never had a issue here ever in there six years I’ve been over here
