Excellent experience the staff was very friendly from the front desk and in the back where my MRI was done . The technologist she was very kind and professional. Everything was done on time. I was out of there in a timely manner.

I had no issues at Akumin. It all went smooth . Carissa was very nice , informative and professional. John ct tect was amazing very nice professional and explained to me the procedure. Thank you all keep up the good work .

Couldn’t be better. All aspects of my visit were exemplary.
I was there a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork and then I was taking in right on time
Joe told me I would be in just a minute and he was true to his word no sooner than I lie down and have the machine go back-and-forth then I was out of there and back home. I live about 25 minutes away and I got home everything considered paperwork, etc., and I was home within an hour of the time that I left.

Called to request a copy of a CD. Was told they would send an email to the location in Pines as they had no other way to reach them. When I arrived they waiting room was full so I asked what I had to do to get the CD and was told to sign in and wait. There was 9 people ahead checking in for exams. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if the CD was even ready and could not get an answer. They really need a better system. It is ridiculous that a person has to wait hours just to pick up a CD without knowing if it is even ready.

I do not normally complain but I need to share my experience. My appointment time was at 10:30AM. I arrive on time and sign in at the podium. It's fairly busy in the waiting room and I allow an elderly individual to sit in my chair so that he does not have to stand. So I am standing for about 30 minutes before I recieve a text from Akumin that I missed my appointment... "but that's impossible", I thought. So I tell the lady at the window (who is clearly stressed out and not in a very pleasant mood) about my text and she dismisses me and says that it's nothing to worry about and that they will call me shortly. Another 30 minutes goes by and now I am convinced that something isn't right. So I return to the lady and I explain that I have been here for an hour. It was at this moment that the lady realizes that they messed up and skipped over me. This ladies attitude was poor and she never apologized to me. Luckily, there was another lady who was very nice began to help me. Unfortunately, she explained that there are no other available appointments today and that I will have to reschedule. It's unfortunate because I waited a long time for this appointment. I also drove from out of town to be here because I wanted to have the test done as soon as possible. Accidents happen... but when there is incompetence combined with a negative attitude, it is very frustrating. There needs to be a better system for signing in so that this does not happen again. I made a lot of accommodations to be able to make it to my appointment, only for it to be a complete waste of time.

Didn’t listen to insurance details. Pays 100% and yet made me pay 30% of bill which was over a 100 dollars that I’m sure will take me forever to get it back. Very frustrating. MRI machine person says will play music and then afterwards tells me it hasn’t worked on last 3 people. I’d say it’s time to fix it.

On this particular day the service provided was horrific. Once you walk in, no one pays any attention to you and bothers to inform you to sign in or where to sign in. Most of the attendants were rude and more occupied with other things. My specific attendant was too busy speaking to a manager about referring someone for a job. Very unprofessional. Then the attendant that assisted my elder father for his cat scan did not allow me to assist my father who has dementia, instead said he does not need me. Once my father came out the first thing he addressed was how the gentleman put his bad arm (which was notated in a document) in a really bad position. Now my father is in pain due to this gentleman's ignorance. Never encountered such unprofessional medical assistance. The only positive remark would be the wait time, it was very fast.
