Kalene was very helpful. I was worried about the insurance coverage and my choices and she assured me she would help me which she did plus she helped me pick my frames. I was in and out fastest ever thanks to Kalene. I highly recommend this store and ask for Kalene, she is the best 🙏

Absolutely horrible! How do they want clients if they don’t even answer the phone, I’ve called multiple times and all they do is put me on hold. They answered the first time and someone who had no idea what they were doing and just hanged up on me! When I call back they don’t even bother to say “please hold” they pick up the phone and just put me on hold automatically and let it ring! Terrible! So upsetting! They need a new receptionist because that’s just sad and unprofessional!

Your manager does not know the specials you have. She tried to make us pay $250 plus the cost of the extras for the $129.95 special you had in July. Since we refused to get ripped off, they made us pay $65.00 for the eye exam. If I could give 0 start, I would. Please train your managers better.
