I am really very frustrated writing this review. I have been seen at Associates MD at least five times throughout the course of the last few years and I had always been pleased with their services and patient care but today they lost me as a patient forever. I arrived feeling horribly and put my name down to be seen as a walk in. The desk receptionist, Cristina, asks for my ID and insurance card. I tell her I had my ID but not my insurance card, but I informed her the insurance hasn’t changed and I had been treated there on multiple occasions, the last of which was two months ago. She says she needs my insurance card even if I have been there before and my insurance information is in the system. I respond to her that I won’t be able to be seen because I do not have a physical copy of my insurance card and I have no idea where it could be. It is a Saturday and my employer’s HR services are closed. Cristina stares back at me with this blank stare as if to say “not my problem.” I left and drove myself to Baptist Urgent Care which is a 20 minute drive instead of the more convenient 5 minute drive to Associates MD and I will continue to make the longer drive from now on. You lost this returning patient and my husband as well, who has been seen a time or two. I don’t think people like Cristina have any business working in a field wherein the main objective is to help others in their time of need.

I had a great visit today with the doctor at this location — however, I’m taking 2 stars away because the front desk girl is a little off. I’m a new patient here, so I was a bit clueless and didn’t feel like she was being as helpful and supportive as you’d expect from a front desk. She should work on her professionalism and attitude considering that she is the first person people greet when walking into the establishment.

Unprofessional and rude. I needed a physical for EMT school. I called ahead to check what I needed to bring and the price for the physical. I was advised to bring the school form and the cost would be $25. I got to the office and completed necessary paperwork. When it was time for my appointment I was told the cost was $45 and at least 12 pages of documentation was needed. The manner in which I was talked to was like I was a child and like I was being scolded. The assistant acted as if I tried to change the price or give over on them. While in the waiting area I could hear employees talking loud and laughing. I'm all about fun at work but learn when to curve the play. The treating nurse practitioner was amazing. He was courteous and helpful

I was suffering with pain, I think from a kidney stone, my doctor was not available so they told me to go to urgent care here. I was greeted by the receptionist and she asked me what my issues were right in the waiting room! She proceeded to go and ask the doctor and then came back and told me that there was nothing they could do because the X-ray technician wasn't in and the doctor didn't even bother to see me. They Just told me to go to the hospital they couldn't help. I was very surprised at the lack of professionalism there and not happy at all. This was 12/6/23 at around 6PM

Google maps says they’re open but they’re closed. Looks like they’re doing remediation work inside. The floors are all ripped out. Waste of time.

The staff at this location are welcoming and compassionate. Everyone-- from Cristina at the front desk, to Esther to Sylkia who did my intake and diagnostics, to Dr. Rogove-- helped me feel comfortable and listened to. They were knowledgeable and efficient; 45 minutes and I was back out the door. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience.

Stunning. Although it was a bit busy but the staff did an outstanding job and handled it pretty nicely thank you I will definitely be coming back here! Would recommend ? supper clean and disinfected

The Nurse Kati was very friendly, patient and understanding. I really appreciate the attention she uses with patients. Nurse Practitioner V was also very attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thanks. I will certainly return if I need to.

This is my 3rd review and all have recvd 5 stars. The first two involved my wife however this time its on me. From the time I checked in until I left I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Cristina at the front desk was efficient and made me feel quite comfortable even though I did not have an appointment. Sylkia was the nurse practitioner who checked all my vitals and medical history. She too was extremely professional totally competent. Finally I was seen by Dr Vicki Rogove who very carefully checked on my condition and went even further to insure there was nothing else to be concerned about. She explained everything in great detail and made me feel quite comfortable with the care I had been given. I totally recommend this urgent care facility and its the only one I would go to if needed. Thank you Cristina, Sylkia and Dr. Rogove your compassion and knowledge; you folks are truly the very best in urgent care.

What an amazing Urgent Care! I had a laceration on my foot that needed stitches and they took care of me better than I could have imagined! Cristina, Sylkia, Esther, Shay and Leandro are top notch care providers! Lastly, Dr. Rogove was unbelievably knowledgeable, caring and stitched me up with perfection! Absolutely recommend visiting if you're in need of urgent care!
