Reece was very helpful with a great customer services. I order my iPhone 15 pro max in white, they didn’t have it in store, i was told that it was expected to come in 3 week but I received it in a week and a half. The same day I got it I went back to her a she was great and helpful just like the first time I purchase the phone , she help me set up everything and make sure my phone was working before I leave the store.

I was lied too by a heavy-set associate that had his hair braided that they couldn't help my track my phone which was stolen. As a ATT customer for the past few years I expect to be treated with respect when I walk into one of the stores. Private or not. I understand business is business but lying to me because I obviously didn't go there to spend money is troublesome.This type of behavior gives a bad name to people that franchise. They employ friends or family because they are comfortable with them. Even though they might not be the right fit for the job. On the other hand, if the requirement of gaining that position is to have a pulse then I guess he is qualified.Do yourself a favor and head to a different location so you aren't treated by how much you spend in your visit.I recommend The cooperate store on Pines(the old blockbuster). Ask for Jorge, he is the reason I have my phone back.

Amir and his supervisor JP are liars. Since upgrading my phone I have experienced over charges. The Apple Watch was supposed to be free that was a lie. It was too late for me to return that was a lie. Charges activation fees and I have been a customer for over several years. Horrible experience they are liars and do whatever and say what to make a sale. Bad character and bad people.

Thank you guys for doing everything the other ATT couldn’t do. My new phone is with all my saved info and works perfectly fine !!! You guys were amazing. Incredible customer service, the way everyone approaches you to make sure your issues are resolved quickly. Will be coming back here only !

Buyer Beware. Bought a phone and Erickson added 2 unauthorized services on my account. They will not fix and they will not take the phone back, even though I have 2 weeks to return. Shop at a real corporate store. They will rip you off at this location. Also several of the 5 star review posted here are from the employees that work at the store. Not surprised since they are so dishonest.

My goodness. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had simply going in to this store’s location for a phone upgrade. While the staff was nice and friendly at face value, that is expected in customer service and I didn’t go in there make friends. So truthfully, that means nothing to me especially in hindsight of what I’ve gone through. I went in on Thursday, 6/8, for an upgrade (new phone) and it turned into a week long disaster. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock, so I was told by the associate helping me (Sharice) that they’d order it for me and it would be there tomorrow (Friday, 6/9). She informed me that I just had to pay the taxes ($70) today. Fine. I did and she ordered it. Sharice then reassured me again it’ll arrive to the store tomorrow and she’ll give me a call when it does to come pick it up. She never did, but we’ll get back to that. The next day (6/9), I wake up to a “Thank you for your order” email showing changes to my plan and large increase to my monthly bill. Excuse me? Why would she add services like “next up” to my plan when that wasn’t there before? Not a single mention of it to me. Anyway, no call from Sharice throughout the day at all, so I show up to the store and guess what? The phone hadn’t arrive and suddenly it’s an “Oh, it’ll be here either tomorrow or the next day”. Why not follow up with your customer like you said you would? Why not tell me the appropriate time frame in which the phone would actually arrive? (I learned while I was there that orders would arrive to the store in 1-3 days.. or so they say). So that’s two elements of deception on Sharice’s part: initially telling me the phone would arrive “tomorrow” knowing it would be a few days and then modifying/adding services to my plan without my knowledge or consent. Saying it will be here tomorrow (pretty much overnight) is disingenuous and it’s clear she just wanted a sale or however the company quantifies her contribution. That very day (6/9) I tried to cancel the order since the phone hadn’t arrived and due to all the back and forth, deception, and poor communication, but they weren’t able to cancel it because it’s still “pending” and hasn’t gone through yet. Oh brother. After being unable to cancel the order, Sharice informed me that she’d give me a call TOMORROW (6/10) to let me know when the phone comes in AND if it doesn’t come in, she’ll call me anyway. Of course she did not call. In fact, as I write this review (6 /14) I still haven’t heard from her at all. I even gave it a few days before finally deciding to leave a review on the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. It’s very interesting how she was SO nice, polite, and pretending to be caring and be helpful in the store, but could’ve give a customer a single follow up call despite promising to do so twice AND I still don’t have the phone AND my $70 hasn’t been refunded. I can truly say she’s the worst. What a headache .Tip: don’t let the kindness from employees blind you to potential deception and incompetence.The entire situation was just an awful experience and very frustrating. This is coming from someone who works in customer service, and has a great deal of patience and understanding for what they encounter daily. Such a headache and I’ll never go to this store again for anything, let alone to purchase anything from this particular location. I refuse to spend anymore time at that store. AT&T customer service need to make this right.
