This store really has exceptional employees the level of quality customer service you receive is top tier. I had the same employee both visits and he goes above and beyond in my perspective he crosses all of T’s and dots his I’s he is a stellar employee and very knowledgeable. This will always be my store for my ATT needs. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and deliver quality service and you can’t get that everywhere . I wish I knew the employees name he needs to be addressed separately.

The service and attention of Alba the store manager & her team Jose and Osaris is amazing! Alba has been assisting me and my client’s business’s since December of 2023 and she continuously provides exceptional service and advice while getting us on the best plans and prices for cellphones, internet, & TV.

Alba and Osaris provided exceptional customer service for my husband and I. They worked as a team to help us as quickly as possible and provide us with solutions to our AT&T plan; thanks to both of them we are now paying less because they took the time to explain the benefits we get through our employer and had extreme patience helping us transfer our information to our new phones.

The customer service here is amazing. Osaris took care of my upgrade with ease and deserves at least 10 stars. If you need a quality customer service from AT&T please come to this location. I don’t usually write reviews. But this one indeed need one ! Thank you again
