Straight to the point , you want a phone here you go. This is what you get, not the best experience but the rep at least helped with putting on the screen protection and case. Otherwise I could’ve just ordered online in the comfort of my home or even with the use of A.I , I’ve had better experience in-store just not this location unfortunately.

Nice store, but bad customer service. Today 1-29-25 at noon, I when to the front desk and no one from the back came to take care of me. Employees are lazy. Same night I came back and Kevin took real good care of us with good information.

Came in for a trade in. Manager told me I needed to be on a different type of plan to proceed with trade in. He tried to tell and sell me on a 132$ a month plan. I left and called att and I was able to get what I needed w a 65$ plan. Very salesy, walked away as soon as I disagreed. I went to another att down the street, they are nice.

Do yourself a favor and go to the other ATT locations in the area they are far more knowledgeable. I came here to upgrade my phone after speaking to ATT customer service who assured me my Iphone 12pro would be a $830 credit towards a new upgrade. The blonde woman who assisted me wasn’t in the best mood and told me with a straight face my phone would only be worth $350 for a trade in. Knowing she was wrong i walked out and went to the location at 10603 pines blvd ste E102. They assured me my phone would be worth the $830 credit and i was in and out in 1 hour with my new phone…

Worst att store I have ever visited, there will be 3 "managers" standing around, while you need help, but they don't want to help you cause... and I quote "they're manager's and they have to manage the floor". Funny "managing the floor" looks a whole lot like standing around.

Me parece una atención pésima no quisieron utilizar las herramientas simplemente me vendieron el teléfono y luego prometieron que iban ayudarme para terminar el proceso de hacer el cambio de teléfono y no lo hicieron aparte me hicieron ir 5 veces a la tienda para perder mi tiempo sin nunk tener una respuesta no volveré a ir jamás a esta tienda!

On Saturday I arrived with the intention of purchasing a product in the store, they placed me on a waiting list to be attended to by someone who spoke Spanish, unfortunately I waited an hour and I could not be assisted apart from me there were more people waiting for someone who spoke Spanish. On Sunday I attended again and this time they were able to help me, it was incredible attention from both Jeff (the only boy who spoke Spanish at that time) and the manager, Amanda, yes, I remember correctly, both of them were able to solve my concern and help with what I needed.
I give 4 stars because I think there should be more people who speak Spanish in the store. I want to highlight that on Saturday there were 5 people who spoke English and only 1 who spoke Spanish.
I know that we are in the United States where English should be spoken, but there are many people who unfortunately cannot, they are barely arriving or, as in my case, who understand it very well but cannot communicate in the same way.
I hope they can hire more people who speak Spanish. This store is one of my favorites.
I emphasize the attention of Jeff and Amanda. I give them 10 stars. ✨

Went to AT&T store in Pembroke Pines 184th & Pines. Changed my plan to 55+. They never took out my previous AT&T signature plan, or FAN, therefore the new discount for 55+ never activated. Now I went to the AT&T store on Pines Blvd close to Best Buy. The rep was really not into helping me figure things out and just told me I had the best plan discount already. Since already a year went by and I wasn't satisfied, I decided to call customer service. They found out the error and my bill went from $130 for 2 lines to $80 for 2 lines. Now, how do I dispute the overcharged amount with AT&T? I need to research. Kudos to customer service(dial 611), for your help in resolving this matter finally and finding the solution. The rep was F. Lopez out of Orlando. You Rock sir, can't thank you enough!!!
