I cant give it a good or bad review. I didnt get the service I went for. Associate said they were on the phone with GM extended warranty for a couple of hours to get authorization to fix TPMS on 2 back tires and never got through. When I picked up my car 4 hours later, I called them on my way home and got through.

Never answered voice messages. I attempted to cancel the 1100.00 cooling pump repair after 10 minutes of agreeing to the repair. Left message for both Service advisor and Service Manager who again never called me back. Repair was completed. Seems like the repair cost for secondary cooling pump 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD diesel was excessive considering I attempted to cancel the repair.

My car didn't want to start so I had to call roadside service. The whole process was easy and I got my car back fixed within two days. No charges as it is still under warranty.

Honestly speaking, even though I had to wait about a month for my appointment to have my Camaro's transmission oil changed, I felt very well attended to by Joe, who greeted me with great professionalism. I also feel more relieved because I was able to get the required maintenance done at 60,000 miles as indicated in the manual. I love my Camaro and I love Chevrolet for having created such a beautiful and reliable car.
