By far the worst customer service I have recived in a while. I have been trying to reach the finance department for the past 2 days and everytime I call in the finance manager is with a customer. I have left my information about 3 times with 3 diferente people them telling me he would reach back out to me and never does. I just called again and I had a employee named Carmen talk over me while I was trying to let her know kindly that they keep on taking my information down but the manager or director of finance never calls back. These people do not deserve your buisnes. They will get you out the door and close it right behind you. I will be calling corporate and definitely complaining. I will never do business with a Autonation dealership again !!!!These people need training on what tru customer service is, I dont understand how they are in business.
