I went to this AutoZone because I have always received good service, especially from a guy from El Salvador who provides excellent service. However, my last experience was very different and disappointing.
When I arrived, I spent 10 minutes calling with no one answering. Finally, an employee named Anthony came out, with a bad attitude, rolling his eyes and asking me in English what I needed. I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said no, so he had to call another colleague who did speak Spanish, who came to help me.
I explained what I was looking for and before the other employee could translate, Anthony listened and told me where to find the product. However, when searching, I didn't find the specific type of oil I needed. To be sure, I checked with ChatGPT, who recommended another oil with a different grade.
I returned to the counter and, again, spent another 10 minutes waiting until Anthony came out again, looking bad and rolling his eyes. I explained that I had not found the product and asked for help. With the same bad attitude, he accompanied me to look for it, but he brought me an oil that was neither the one he himself had told me about before, nor the one ChatGPT recommended, but a completely different one. He also tried to sell me a product that was not even compatible with my car model.
When I asked him why ChatGPT had recommended another oil, he got even more upset, checked on the computer and it turned out that ChatGPT was indeed right. Finally, he brought the correct oil, but with the same bad attitude: he threw the product on the counter, threw the receipt in a bad way and went back to answer the phone without saying a word.
I have always liked shopping at this AutoZone because of the attention of certain employees, but this experience was unacceptable. If you go, be careful with the service, especially if you get this employee named Anthony.
I clarify that on several occasions I apparently saw one of Anthony's superiors who was correcting him for the poor service and telling him to help me.

Last Friday I went to Pembroke Pines from Leesburg and my car didn't start I went to AutoZone to have my battery checked Chris the employee told me my battery was good but my starter was bad my car has 18,000 miles on it and he gave me a card for a parking lot mechanic with Chris's name on the back he said the part would cost me $176 plus tax and once the mechanic took off my starter he would give me $40 back. My car is brand new and I'm smart enough not to fix it on the street so I came to my mechanic on Leesburg and was told there's nothing wrong with my starter I spoke to Anthony the manager and told him the scam that's going on there, he advised they are investigating this to write this review to advise other people not to use parking lot mechanics at AutoZone they are in cahoots with the employees to rip people off so they can make a buck. I'm hoping AutoZone does something about this because they are taking advantage of vulnerable people.

My car battery died days before I had to go out of town and Anthony S helped me out! I called to make sure the battery was in stock and then he changed it for me when I got there. You can tell how much he enjoys his job,cars and helping people. He really is a quality person, and thank you auto zone for having such great employees!

Hello, recently went here cause my transmission was a mess and I needed to get a few parts for my vehicle wonderful service the gentlemen who helped me was kind and patient with my concerns I vented to him a little and he listened and I got my parts he wished me a great day and asked if I need assistance with anything else what a wonderful experience also the store is VERY BIG and clean inside thank you Anthony ?? keep up the great work guys.

This store always have the best customer service ! Zakiya saved my day as I came in because I needed a tire inflator, battery, and windshield wipers . She helped me the find the best product for my truck ! I will most definitely be returning .
