I went to the Bath and Body Works at Pembroke Gardens to buy candles, taking advantage of the $12.95 special. I was greeted by a young man who asked me to give home my bag. It’s a bag I’ve been using for years. It has a paper partition to place 6 candles. It’s the Bath and Body Works brand. The young man said they would take my purchases and place them inside this bag once I paid. I understood. I find the 6 candles I wanted and approached the register to pay for them. The two ladies behind the counter were insisting on taking out the inserts to place a new one inside. I told them there wasn’t a need to do that since I had 6 candles that fit perfectly in the 6 compartments. That was the entire purpose of the whole thing, to make things easier for them. One of the ladies insisted on taking out the compartment. Again I said there wasn’t a need for that. The other lady rudely jumped in and said that I didn’t need to repeat myself because they understood. They in fact didn’t understand. Finally, I asked her her name and she said Tiffany, Tiffany Williams. She is a very defiant, obnoxious, and rude employee. She shouldn’t be dealing with the customers this way. This is terrible customer service. I will never visit this store again!

I received great customer service at this location. I was given advice from an employee to save money, and I appreciate that. The employees were all eager to assist. The store was well stocked. In addition, it has a white barn attached for more of an extensive inventory.

The store was super organized and clean. Everyone was helpful especially Karina, she helped me find all the gifts I needed for the holiday season. All staff was cheerful and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic customer service! The employees were eager to help and very friendly. The store was organized well, fully stocked, and very clean. I especially loved how well they showcased the Hispanic Heritage Month perfumer spotlight!
