The store was super organized and clean. Everyone was helpful especially Karina, she helped me find all the gifts I needed for the holiday season. All staff was cheerful and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic customer service! The employees were eager to help and very friendly. The store was organized well, fully stocked, and very clean. I especially loved how well they showcased the Hispanic Heritage Month perfumer spotlight!

I place two orders online never got my rewards had to fuss and fight took me over 2 to 3 months to get my reward points and then they took all my rewards that were going to expire in 2024 and change the date that I was forced to use them within 2 months if not I would lose them all that's how nasty Bath and Body Works headquarters or customer service are

Love going to this location as it is easy to access. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wish they had gift baskets available at any time vs. special days i.e. Mothers Day.

I went to 2 stores, horrible customer service. Ladies in the stores didn't want to help find items they would send me to tables and was told that if items are not there, we have no more. I opened the drawer under the table and all the items were there !! I helped myself since they didn't care if I bought it or not.

I bought some wall flowers about a month ago at th Pembroke Pines location in Florida. Had it up for 2 weeks. Simultaneously. Few days ago I realized after spending $100 on wall flowers they don’t really produce the smell they produce when we bought them. Essentially they did not produce any smell in the house. So I called the store and asked if they would swap out the wallflowers as they have been used for two week. I was told sure bring it in.Upon arriving at the store the manager told me, he could only exchange lightly used ones. I told him they have been used for two weeks. They were all put up at the same time.He said I can only take half because they have been lightly used.How can I as a customer regulate how much the plug-in uses. Bad policy and bad decision on managements part to not be reasonable and customer friendly in the thought process.I exchanged my half and now won’t buy anything from bath and body works.Although my last exchange was about 10 years ago. When they boasted upon saying “if you don’t like it bring it back. Great policy which I only used it couple of times.Now the policy is based on managements opinion on how much of the use is “lightly used”.It also means they are selling defective equipment as the wall plugs were also bought at bath and body works . And they are burning the essence unevenly.
