I arrived and put my card to deposit, and it stayed, it's always broken, the machine returns your card, I went into the bank and a guy helped me who should be at home if he doesn't want to take good care of us who are going to give our money to the bank, with which, they earn a lot of money or rather with our accounts. The guy named JOAQUIN was sitting at his desk, but every time I go to a branch, they tell you to take a seat, this guy is not nice at all, no. He is educated, he kept me standing all the time and very despotic, I tell him sir, one question, can I ask for my account statements for a few months, because I have an emergency, and he tells me it's 10 dollars for each one, I tell him, well, if I ask For a year it would be 120 dollars and he tells me YES, how outrageous, but I have a level 3, my wife, especially her level 4, and I have a very good amount in separate accounts and he tells me if you want, if not, go to another branch , but super rude, they should put this guy in another position, because like this, he can't be serving customers, however in my branch, they are extremely friendly at 4400 Hollywood Blvd. Take action with this guy.

I've used this location a few times. I've gone inside and stood in line. While the times I've been there, the wait was a little long, but I can't blame them. They only have 2 tellers and at times 3, but the people ahead of me had multiple deposits, multiple withdrawals, cashier's checks, etc.. However, they were very knowledgable, friendly, and super helpful when they helped me. Maybe next time I'll try going through the drive thru.

I went to truis bank today because PayPal has been putting charges on my checking account instead of PayPal credit. It's depleted my checking account and my savings to cover the overdraft charges. The man Anthony who was so-called helping me was not very helpful. I asked him to print out charges from 2022 from my checking account and he said he could not do that I said why not this is a my bank and this is you have a computer like I do at home anyways I left there with my printouts that I needed feeling very defeated

I opened an account here on October 16, today is November 2 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEBIT CARD, they’ve sent to the wrong address etc etc excuses after excuses, haven’t been able to access my money in two weeks, the number on my paperwork from the gentleman who opened my account is “out of service” when I call it, (Anthony Leon) and this branch just lets their phone ring and ring and ring. I’ve left several messages and have never received a call back. Absolutely insane. The level of customer service is below one star, planning to come down tomorrow, close my account, and take my money elsewhere. this bank should be embarrassed, with all the options around why would anyone tolerate such below par standards, do not bank here! They don’t care about any of their customers. And don’t even bother with the customer service number, it’s all third party answering services with zero local or North American representatives. This bank is a JOKE

Always ridiculous wait times in both drive thru and lobby. They need to hire more people or train the current tellers to be faster. Waited 15mins and only had 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru.

Horrible branch. I think they might be racist. I went in looking for a notary and was told that two of the banker are notaries. I sat there for about 10 mins and none of them said anything to me. A Hispanic man walked in and they immediately asked him what he wanted and started attending to him. Absolutely disgusting. The other lady was talking to another banker in Spanish saying irrelevant things and they ended their conversation and she still didn’t ask what I needed. This is my worst banking experience ever and I’ll never be returning to this branch ever and will consider closing my Truist account for allowing such disgusting people work at that bank.

BBT and now Truist, horrible service, sometimes no drive thru, super slow inside. Stay away. I will give them a cero. Thanks God they are not a hospital because you will be death waiting for any basic service.

Can someone recommend a bank where they answer calls? Trying to communicate by phone with Truist, waiting more than an hour, what a lack of respect for customers!!!!

I've work at PNC...I promise the clerks here have the worst hospitality and attitudes towards customers. This isn't the federal reserve you know. Last year 1 good day of service for the year.
