I did an online demo for the Genesis with Melissa. She was timely and very thorough. Most of my questions were answered within the present and she was able to answer my remaining questions. Very satisfied with the demo and interaction.

Tony with Bellatrix is awesome to work with! He was extremely helpful and always Available! I had a few issues with my container being damaged and they handled the issue immediately. Very appreciative for their prompt response and resolution to my issues. I love my Genesis machine and look forward to working with them!
