08/23/25 @ 2:14p.m…I called my nearest O’Reillys to ask what size oil filter tool they have since their website was down. I specifically ask if they have a 86mm size tool and the employee on the phone says “you don’t need a tool for that” I just hung up lmaoo. Y’all just be hiring anyone??!..ended up going to the same store to find out they have a wall of oil filter tools and to not have the size I needed🥲..I’m posting this ONLY cause this could’ve save me so much time with just a little knowledge coming from that employee.
