Alex was off the chart amazing helping my teenage son purchase a new laptop. Talk about knowledgeable and professional. Great experience overall. Toderick the store manager does a great job. Mohamed is always helpful. Wonderful that there is a lot of staff to answer questions. Even now when they are so busy! Well stocked. I always walk out with more great purchases than planned! Love the price match feature.

We were shopping for appliances for our new kitchen. We got a really nice woman who took about an hour to show us several different appliances and explain the differences between them. She gave us real individual attention and did not pressure us at all. She gave us all the information printed in a folder so we could take it home and make our choice. I'm very pleased and honestly if money weren't an object, we'd buy just because of the service.

I visited this store to exchange a defective video game that I purchased at Best Buy Hialeah (the disc was scratched when I opened the case) but in Best Buy Hialeah I had purchased the last copy they had in stock and only Best Buy Pembroke Pines had 2 more copies of the game in stock so I came here to do the exchange and look at this store that I dont normally come to and see what's different from the Hialeah location. The inventory counts that it showed on the website were 100% accurate which I give them a huge kudos for and I even had Best Buy employees greet me at the door and ask if I needed help while I was browsing the video games section. The staff was very friendly and seemed more knowledgeable than the Hialeah Best Buy about video games when we were talking about different games. The Pembroke Pines Best Buy had a larger selection of Anime (including Sailor Moon, Ghost in the Shell, Avatar, etc) than the Hialeah Best Buy which I appreciate being an anime collector. The video games section of the Pembroke Pines Best Buy seems smaller than the Hialeah Best Buy but the Pembroke Pines location looks like it has alot more games condensed in a small area. One thing that I didnt see in the Pembroke Pines Best Buy that I saw in the Hialeah location was Steel Books for video games, I was interested in buying a steel book that I saw for Bloodstained Ritual of the Night (PS4) at the Hialeah location but the Hialeah store only had 1 and it was open on the shelf so I was hoping to find one at the Pembroke Pines location. The prices of the video games at the Pembroke Pines Best Buy looked higher priced than the Hialeah Best Buy (at least from what I saw on the shelf labels) that might be why they have more inventory of games in stock at the Pembroke Pines store. Both the Hialeah and Pembroke Pines Best Buy's stick spider wrap alarms on their collectors edition video games which damages the collectors value of the box, they should put them behind glass cabinets with lock and key like Walmart does so that it doesn't damage the product. Overall the Pembroke Pines Best Buy was pretty nice, I give it a 4/5 because the staff was friendly, they have good selection for the floor space that they have, their inventory counts are accurate, and it was a pleasant visit. The reason I took 1 star off was because they damage the collectors edition video games with the spider wrap alarms instead of putting them behind lock and key like Walmart does and because their video game prices seemed higher than the Hialeah location (at least as far as I could tell from the shelf prices).

If I could give 0 stars I would. The computer department at this Best Buy is horrendous. No one seems to know anything or want to help you. I've gone to this location 5x times for the same issue and each time nothing gets resolved. They need to hire people who actually want to work and stand around for a check. I've worked in retail for many years and this place is a disgrace!

This store has a wonderful young man by the name of Yamil that works at the Apple department. Unlike other team members, is always willing to help in other departments as well. He is friendly, helpful and honest. Most importantly a team player. I was used to being bumped off to other team member, if I was in Samsung I had to wait for a Samsung team member, if I was in appliances I had to wait and if I was in TVs I had to wait. There was never that one team member that was willing to go help me in a department that they were not assigned. Until I met Yamil. He is my go to person! If I need a phone case, computer monitor, phone, computer cables, camera accessories. He will walk the store with me until I have everything and answers all my silly questions. "Kudus" for a great hire!!

I went to buy a vacuum. I had a good idea what I wanted and the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about the differences between all of the products. She was extremely personable and helped me make my decision quickly. She checked me out right in the department so I didn't have to wait in line up front. Overall, an excellent customer experience. 10/10. Would recommend.

Funny how sometimes you walk in with money practically in your hand, screaming "I'm ready to buy" and all you get is Direct TV sales people and a Sony representative looking to "guide" you to the latest in OLED technology for their brand. I was there a good twenty minutes before I got a young man with knowledge of smart TVs to help me with some questions I had. Once I got his attention it was smooth sailing. I have to say, he knew his business. So if you got money to burn, find a Blue Shirt first, then spend away. But I recommend doing your research first. And always be ready to ask for a price match. Do your homework and you'll walk out with a great big grin.

Well where should I start. So I went today to purchase a lab top and I have to say that the service at this store is outstanding. I had Fernando the DELL Representative who showed me the different types of lab tops they had. Even though I usually buy HP decided to go with DELL. He asked what I needed the lab top and like the fact that he didn’t try to take advantage of me. I also had Alejandro the Microsoft Expert this young man was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. He explained everything in details, explained a few stuff I could do on the lab top since I’m not really computer savvy. I usually don’t give too many reviews but I have to say I was really impressed with their customer service. Both of them went above and beyond. Happy customer here will return. I rate them an A++++😀😀😀

Good store. Always busy outside of right at opening. The parking lots not anywhere near large enough with a substandard layout Not really their fault. But there are almost always enough employees available to help you out. The store has been consistently upgraded throughout the years and even though it's an older store it looks good and well maintained.

I love Best Buy and try to buy as much from them. Not only they have great selection, but I also find that their staff has a great attitude and is always very helpful. Supporting our local stores will help them compete and for is is a good place to embrace and learn technology.

Too bad I can't give this no stars, My mom has had nothing but problems with Best Buy and the staff was no help to her what so ever, no managers around for her to talk to and explain the situation and get something resolved, she's been waiting 3 days now for call back and nothing, she even called yesterday again and still no call back.

I do love best buy! I just bought a chromebook with the geek squad warranty coverage! Had it in the past always the smartest option! They cover just about anything in the warranty besides stolen and fires on appliances but it really is worth it. 4 stars because the website isn't as up to date..they said they had the laptop in stock but they did not.

Being a customer for over 15 years staying loyal to this store. I have to say today will be my last day I ever step foot in this location. I had a appointment on the 16 of July for a car instal. I get to the store 10 minutes early just to be told that the guy is sick and wont be in today and will be off tomorrow. I bought these products on the 1st of July and had to wait until the 16 to be told they have to reschedule that’s not something you want to hear. Also trying to give

Imagine that you order an item online that shows as available, so you proceed with the purchase... you get confirmation and you show up to pick up an item you've paid for only to find out after 30 minutes of driving and about 30 minutes waiting that its actually not available. Why show something available when its obviously not? And when they cancel the order we'll have to wait for the "hold" to be released..... not cool best buy.... not cool. I've been loyal to you guys for years but I'm afraid Amazon, and Costco will get my business now.

This review is me holding Best Buy guilty by association with Citibank. I bought a TV with 0% interest at Best Buy. I make my payments on the exact day I receive my statement every month. On the day I received my March 28th statement, I paid my monthly $200 towards the bill. At the end of April as I was waiting for my next statement, I checked to see if it arrived, and I saw that I received a late fee on April 22nd of $27. I immediately called, and the automated response from Citi was that they would credit my account for $27 on either this billing cycle or the next. I wanted to know why I received a late fee when I paid my bill the day I received my statement. I have never had a late payment on any bills my whole life, and didn't want this to affect my credit score, as I attempt to buy a house. All anybody at Citibank would tell me is that my payment applied to February's statement because the statement hadn't closed yet. I said that's ridiculous, my online account with Best Buy said my bill was due, and so I paid. My advice to anyone shopping with Best Buy is be very careful of Citibank, and be very careful taking a credit card with 0% interest for a period of time. Citibank would not admit that I was given a late fee in error even though she said my account clearly shows that I make the same payment every month right when I receive my bill. I don't just want the courtesy credit towards my bill of $27. I want someone to undue my account showing that I had a late fee. Citibank wouldn't do that. Won't be shopping at Best Buy or with Citi on a 0% interest deal again. I hope this saves someone else trouble.

By far my favorite Best Buy to come to when I need to return something since most other locations are very fickle and rude. The management staff are patient and understanding of real life circumstances when making specific returns. Not to mention their store is also very organized and up to date with all the latest trends.

Let me start by stating emphatically that I wish for nothing less than the total downfall of BUST BUY, a piece of sh**, sleezy company that, in lacking competition, has trampled on the very notion of customer service. The "GEEK SQUAD" SUUUUUCCCKKKSSS!!!!! The service sucks! The stores suck! The policies are corrupt and thieving. I called for an appointment to fix my microwave and was told it would be 10 f---ing days before the repair appointment. Well, after those ten grueling days, the guys comes today and, low and behold, crappy BB fails to surprise in the tech discovering they'd sent him the wrong parts, and that it would be another 11 FUCKING days before another appointment. I called the slimebag company and was smuggly informed by the, no doubt, inbred asshole on the phone, that they would not replace the microwave and that I would just have to wait. To say that I deserve the biggest award for rage containment would be the understatement of the history of mankind. My single hope is that a COMPETENT company comes to surface and wipes Bust Buy out of existence. Anyone who values their money, their dignity, their sanity, and their non-interest in winding up in jail for something they can't control doing, AVOID BUST BUY at all costs!
