The customer service is extremely bad BRENDA it’s the clerk at the checkout , she is rude and unprofessional
As you can see in the food per section are cockroaches everywhere. This store need a intervención from the county !

Being a truck driver, coming here for the first time, was easy to drive to… I called ahead and spoke to the nice manager, Steve, to ask what direction to come in to make sure my truck was in the correct position to be unloaded. Was told they did not have a dock or even a scissor lift, which is unheard of. Totally ridiculous. obviously, the distribution centers, and the corporate offices don’t care about what happens with their employees, they only care about the bottom line which is moneymaking. These folks say they’ve been waiting a long time for a scissor lift, or the roller carts to help them, neither of which they had. They have pallet jacks, and stairs on rollers to be able to access the truck. The way things are packed and shipped, and then the way they have to be unloaded is unacceptable. Something needs to change and I have a feeling it never will. The 3 hour window to unload will not happen. My next store delivery will be very late…..
Then after 9 o’clock, I went into the store to check it out and buy a couple things. It’s a nice store with great employees, you can definitely tell it is a little bit older store. Bathrooms are not pristine, but tidy, and the shelves are well stocked just some things a little disorganized. These folks that work here never know what’s going to be on their delivery trucks. They work in what they have. I was looking to for two specific things that I normally buy here and did not find them.
I hope and pray BIG LOT corporate people read this review and make some changes here.

If I can rate zero stars I would because my interaction with the manager (Steve) was awful. I don't understand how someone can be vile to customers. This person needs to be disciplined IMMEDIATELY. I feel bad for the other customers who have to deal with him. This manger needs to be checked into place!!!
