I had an amazing experience at Boot barn in Pines, thanks to one of their employees who went above and beyond to help me get my hat shaped the way I wanted her name was Michelle was friendly attitude and immediately offered assistance. She was knowledgeable about the products, and even helped me find exactly what I needed. Professionalism and dedication to providing excellent service really stood out.

Didn't know what to expect when we drove out to this place. but what we found was amazing! Salesperson, Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and a breath of fresh air. she was incredibly helpful in guiding us towards exactly what we needed. The place has tons of boots and belts and hat bands and clothes and jackets and cowboy hats and on and on and on.
Great selection of boots.
