Does the store just not answer their phone ever? I had a package shipped to the store most of the time they never email me letting me know that it arrived so I have to call and check. I have been calling for the past 4 days. Nobody picks up. I call a different hours, different days, different time of days and never get an answer. It's ridiculous. Why have a phone number if you're not going to use it? The staff there is very disappointing.

i normally don’t go to box lunch but i wanted to check out some sanrio stuff. rebeca was the nicest, she greeted me when i walked in and helped me find some sanrio things. i got some cute press on nails! will stop by in the future again!

This store a joke for releases. They make rules but don’t follow them! Letting people cut while others wait hours. Employees keep stuff for themselves and sell what’s left.
Manager don’t care, staff don’t care.
Whole thing a mess, don’t waste your time or money.

Pokémon release at this location was a joke. Never have I seen such disorganization and employees do what they want versus putting customers first. The manager shouldn’t be manager and be reprimanded for her behavior. I will be writing a letter to the CEO Steve Vranes reporting this location and workers. Don’t waste your time or money at a place who can’t even treat its customers with respect or follow their own rules for serving them.

Waited in line for Pokemon drop today and they let people cut and sold it to them. Very disappointed. Not sure i can come back after this

Worst store to come to for a release. Don’t waste your time or money here. They have rules in place for releases and don’t even follow them, they just do what they want. They allow people to skip others that waited hours in line following the rules they set and sell to whoever they prefer. Employees keep product for themselves and just release what’s left over. The situation of people skipping the line was brought up to the store manger who “didn’t care” her words and left it up to the sales associate at the store Ashley with what to do about it, who decided not to care also and sell what was left over to the people who skipped everyone. Horrible customer service from those 2 employees. Will never shop there again or any other Boxlunch. Save yourself time and money, shop somewhere else. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

All I can say is Customer Service is amazing here I always come here and feel welcomed especially by Lulay she goes above and beyond for her customers I drive 1 hr just to go to that store having a boxlunch right by me because the service there is amazing. I can truly say this is my go to store. The fact she goes to the back to see if she has items in stock amazes me. Thank you for a great experience.

Selection is mediocre at best. Everytime i come to the mall, i stop in yo see if i can spend some money but im always dissspointed at the selection. There are 1-2 items for every ip but lackluster.
