Totally disappointed at the way they blatantly rob their customers. I’ve been to this case station 2ce. Once when I was in a rush; the other, I had time. I visited the second time because they obvious the best price on quality gas. To my surprise, they are overcharging you when you use your debit card. How? They automatically charge your debit card as a credit. I was absolutely livid. When I went in to the cashier, the manager didn’t even hesitate to ok a refund for the amount I was overcharged- as if this is a knowing ongoing issue.
It is despicable and outrageous to do this to people. Either get the machines fixed or instruct people to come inside to purchase.

Is anyone seeing a declined fraud charge of $125.00 after using your card here at the pump? I usually pay cash, but yesterday i tried using my debit card at the pump and got an alert for $125.00. I only had $30 on my card, so it automatically declined. But i will never use a card here again!

Plainly just the worst... At this BP GasStation, located at 6984 Pembroke Rd. It appears that there's constant complaints on "services", & on gas. They DON'T know the DIFFERENCE between a "DEBITcard" or a "Creditcard".. As to one "CHARGES INTEREST" & the other doesn't. For someone who's been coming here practically when they opened the Plaza.. I mean.. B4, there was this BP gas station, it was a Chevron gas station. Just terrible
on how they treat most people, specially when on Pembroke Rd.as to when there's a whole line of other Gas Stations to choose from; on either side of the Turn Pike.
If u head West... A Marathon, Sonuco, & WaWa. If yoU go
East there's a Ugas, Mobil, RaceTrac, plus two or three others, can't think of them now. But, who this BPgasStation treats most... At time of service, is just Terrible. Truthfully the entire Place is just TERRIBLE!! Best
to just AVOID it, & go to a Neighboring Plaza.

So they offer a bo credit card offering 30 cents a gallon off for 60 days then 15 cents off after that . But when u go to use it they mark up the price per gallon by 20 cents a gallon. So that means once 30 cents wears off to 15 cents u end up paying 5 cents more a gallon. And they want 39% interest. What a total corporate greedy scam .

Area is clean ans staff friendly. However, be careful with the PRICE due to false advertising. You'll see (per ex) $3:35/gallon posted at the door and the sign outside, but if using a credit card you get charged $0.16/Gal more and it's NOT listed anywhere. I had to ask the attendant then she told me it's for cash or debit only, NOT credit card. At least post the surcharge somewhere and at the user's discretion they can leave or pay.

This BP station shares most of its parking area with a strip mall so there's lots of traffic and limited parking. there is also an additional charge of $0.10 per gallon for paying with a credit card and you cannot redeem your BP rewards at this location. The day I visited gas prices with the added $0.10 a gallon surcharge for credit card was $0.16 a gallon more van a gas station just three blocks away.

Another disappointing visit at a BP gas station. After stopping at another BP station just about 1.5 miles away, which seemed to ran out of fuel as all pumps were taped of, I came here. I used pump #7 and the handle is leaking gasoline while in use. If you touch it you will get gasoline all over your hand. I went inside to wash my hands. Luckily they allow you to use the restroom. However no toilet paper in the restroom and no soap either. At least there were some paper towels left. I told the attendant about all the issue but she barely spoke English and didn't seem to care much.
