“Today I was so pleased with Miss Patricia from the beginning was warm, kind and patient with a smile! Miss Patricia went above and beyond as she looked to find the exact dress that I wanted. She quickly searched for the dress and made sure that I was properly sized and even though they didn’t have it in stock in the store. she made sure that it was ordered for me in the exact color and style and size that I needed. Not only that she took the time to find different dresses that were very similar to the dress that I wanted. so that I could try it on and see how I would feel in it before ordering the dress. It was so obvious that she wasn’t just about the sale. Miss Patricia wanted to make sure I was happy with the dress. She provided my style and taste and also gave me different options which was really nice. She offered me different accessories to help make my experience magical I even felt slightly emotional like a real bride on her day! Mrs. Patricia was very experienced and understood different types of dresses and how they best fit to really bring out a woman’s figure to its full potential. She brought me a nice pair of shoes to go with the dress and helped me pick out avail and she allowed me to take pictures for my family back home. I had a great experience today with Miss Patricia and I highly recommend her to every bride coming in looking for that dress. Let’s say yes to the dress and thank you Miss Patricia you are absolutely wonderful!
I also have to say that the staff here are professional. They are kind and wonderful and so is the manager and the assistant managers of the store. They also helped me get the best possible price for the dress helped me with different colors for my Bridesmaids. I left a feeling full of excitement for my day. I left knowing that all the stress for finding the dress was finally over and I also felt like I was in good hands with professionals who knew exactly how to make a bride happy.!!! Thank you so much. “I had such a wonderful experience at Brides of America! Although I didn’t end up finding “the one” there, I can’t say enough great things about my appointment. David was absolutely incredible. I came in with a few inspiration photos and an idea of what I thought I wanted, and he curated such a personalized experience. I tried on 12 dresses during a luxury 1:1, 90-minute appointment that felt completely focused on me. David quickly picked up on my personality and tastes, and he thoughtfully selected gowns that challenged my expectations in the best way.
What really stood out was how much he emphasized the emotional aspect of finding a wedding dress, not just the physical fit. He understands that it’s about how you feel in the dress just as much as how you look. Even though I ultimately found my dress elsewhere, I’m so grateful for the time, care, and expertise David provided. Brides of America delivers a truly elevated, personalized bridal experience. “The Salesman here is Mr. Virgil himself who is assisted by his lovely wife. They are very friendly and knowledgeable in their craft and will ensure that your suit is tailored to fit. In the backroom there is a whole setup with 2-3 Seamstresses and Tailors on the premises so the tailoring is done on-site. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
