Fastest car repair I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend! Everyone knows how stressful it is to have to deal with a car accident so everyone at Caliber Collision was great. Stephanie walked me through everything and kept me updated as my car was in the shop. Great work, got my car cleaned and looking brand new when I got it back and I can’t stress enough how fast they worked!!

They took great care of me. Everyone I spoke with was straightforward, helpful, and kept me updated the whole way through. My car was handled quickly and the work looks solid. Dealing with an accident is already stressful, but they made the repair side of it easy. I really appreciated how smooth they made the whole process.

It’s worth noting that Caliber Collision guarantees the repairs performed on your vehicle, as long as the car is registered in your name. They also assist customers with car rentals, which makes the process much more convenient.
The manager, Fernando, provided excellent customer service, demonstrating knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. His team was also fantastic—especially Stephanie Martin, who assisted me with kindness and professionalism.
When visiting their website, I came across this phrase: “Our purpose is to Restore the Rhythm of Your Life®, and we proudly back every repair with a limited lifetime warranty.” Based on my experience, they truly live up to that promise.

Caliber Collision called me to schedule an appointment for my Tesla. I drive over and then am told they don’t service Tesla. Poor communication and will never return.

Earlier this month I went to Caliber Collision West to pick up my mom's 2009 Toyota Camry. She had really done a number banging up this car and said now I should have the car.
When Julian walked me out to see the car, I couldn't believe the transformation - It was like he bought me a new car! What a fantastic job! The car looks rides and even smells like a new car now. I'm so satisfied and very impressed with this company - Great service with a very nice friendly professional staff. Caliber Collision West has my highest recommendation!! Sincerely :)
