I just reviewed the ratings for customer service experience, and CHASE you need to do better! I’ve experienced racial profiling, and unprofessionalism at least 3 times back to back regarding an appointment to open an account, and to make a credit card payment!! The locations were the 1 in Pembroke Pines (Commons Plaza), Miami Gardens (Corner of N.W. 183rd St, and 57th Ave.), In Miami shores near 95th ST.. This is the reason why I decided to not give the them anymore of my business. I ended up at a different institution. I was treated much better there. Thank GOD I have more than 1 banking institution. (CHOICES) YOU ALL NEED TO LEARN TO DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHEN YOU AREN’T TREATED WITH EQUALITY!

This place is the worst(with exception of a few), u can tell by the negative Reviews this is the bank to stay away from. Lady lupe in the front office walks around without a clue what she is doing. Waisted 1hr of my time and when I decided to walk away cause she was to incompetent to do the job right, she literally just laughed in my face. Never again!!!

We went to the Chase in Pembroke Pines to open a business account. My boyfriend asked to go to the bathroom, and he was told that there was no public restroom; however, no even three minutes before that, Diana, a bank teller had allowed a female customer into the employee restroom. So when I brought this up, the receptionist just said sorry no allowed. So my boyfriend had to sit there for almost two hours holding and was in pain by the time we left because if he were to go to a nearby business to use the restroom, we may have lost the appointment slot. First of all it is extremely unprofessional and unethical for a bank like chase not to have a bathroom for its customers since having a bathroom available covers physiological needs, and on top of that, if you allow one customer to go into the employee bathroom, you should do the same for the other customer if asked because this shows favoritism to female customers, so is either the same rule applies for all or they should not make any exceptions.

RACIALLY PROFILEDWent to chase Bank on Flamingo Rd on 10/26/23 with my 93 year old mother who uses a cane walks slow and wasn't feeling well. She needed to withdraw money. She had forgot her debit card but had her ID and Chase credit card. They said she didn't need her debit card, but after she told them the amount, they said she needed her debit card. We left and returned with the debit card. After returning with the debit card, the trama we with through was hell. Mind you, we are BLACK Hispanic. They asked her if she knew me, and she said, of course, I'm her daughter who takes care of her. What did she need her own money for? Why is she withdrawing the money from her account? Where did she get the money from that she was withdrawing. Was she sure she knew me? When was the last time she wrote a check. What was the last 4 of her social? What's her phone number? Again, what she needed the money for. They said we understand you are with her, but we are not speaking to you. Do I have a power of attorney over her? They did everything but call the police. They Racially profiled us. We were in that bank for more than 30 minutes trying to get my moms own money out. This is not the first time my son had a $100 check from Archbishop McCarthy High school coach Manjuro, and the same girl called him to verify he wrote him the check. He was very upset she did that because he knew she was Racially profiling him because he wrote the same amount of check for a white football coach the same day and she did not call him. I am very pissed about the situation, and there is no contact information where you can file a complaint. I had to go on Twitter to let someone know and was told they could not give me anyone's email, but they would escalate the complaint, which is definitely not enough for me.

If there was a possible lower score I’d use it. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. This branch in particular has the rudest employees especially one of the men tellers.

Never more than two tellers working both the lobby and drive-thru between them. I went today and was told it would take 6 days before I could make an account change!! SIX DAYS!!!

I have been a long time client of Chase Bank and stopped here to do a bit of banking. The staff was courteous and professional and overall, it was a very positive experience. As I have said, I have been a longtime customer of Chase and have never had an issue with any Chase location. In fact, quite the opposite. Every Chase location has been great. In fact, I was with Washington Mutual before Chase bought them out and I think my service has only improved with both the acquisition of Washington Mutual and with time. At my particular home branch, every knows me by name and at each location, I have been treated with the best customer service. I would definitely recommend this particular Chase location or any Chase location. They are a great bank to do business with and if you need a bank, check Chase out.

Bankers are coming in and out and only one of them is assisting a customer who is taking more than an hour. Apparently you have to make an appointment now for everything including getting a credit card for the first time. Shameful. Typical move by businesses thinking these kinds of ideas would help anyone.
