This is by far the worst chase EVER!! I dont even write reviews. This is my 1st. But I could not take it anymore! Always 1 working AtM. The card reader has been broken for over a year to use the one indoors. As of this writing im behind a pedestrian in the drive through?! Wth?!! And they hold our money? I'm done!!

I originally started banking with chase because there was a location right next to my closest publix. This was super convenient. Since then that chase closed, another super close chase has closed down as well. This leaves only 1 chase. Serving a lot of neighborhoods. That ONE chase only has ONE working ATM. Not a good look chase.

the lady was very rude and dismissive it’s contactless so I have my bank card on my phone via Apple Pay she said they don’t except that and she needs to see my ID. Meanwhile, the ATM on the desk is saying tap she just didn’t wanna serve me due to the color of my skin and I know that because when I left the security guard said bye to the people in front of me, but he just looked at me when I was walking out. This was on 9/9/23 the lady was the teller all the way to the right and big man was just sitting in his chair

Can someone please fix the card reader so people can use the inside ATM since the drive thru ATM’s are down 90% of the time. What a joke of a branch, whoever runs this branch take their Job as a Joke.

The tellers and lead teller at this branch were incredibly rude. As a non-account holder, I visited the branch to cash a check drawn on Chase Bank. However, before even mentioning it, the teller ran my check through the machine. When I asked why she didn't inform me about the fee beforehand, she insisted that she did, which left me frustrated. I explained that I would have declined the transaction and gone to Publix to cash my check if I had known about the fee.To my surprise, her response was dismissive, and she seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. It's important to note that the fee they were charging was $10 on an $80 check, which amounts to more than 10 percent of the total amount. This seemed excessive and unfair.Additionally, the lead teller was also unprofessional. While I was at the drive-thru, the lead teller left her own transaction to engage with me, but her tone was condescending and unsympathetic to my situation.Overall, I must say that the level of customer service at this branch has severely declined. It's disheartening to be treated with such disrespect and indifference, especially when I was just trying to cash a check. I hope that Chase Bank takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for all customers.

This location is incompetent of assisting others. The location is understaffed and not trained enough to assist clients. Location has no appointments for a full week. You are not able to walk into this location and request account maintenance or changes so therefore you're understaffed and you don't have the knowledge and the tools equipped to help service business needs.

At least one of the atms in the drive thru are down half the time, they only put 20 dollar bills in the drive thru atms, the after hours walk up atm doesnt work AFTER HOURS because the car reader doesnt work to let you in. The only good atms are the ones actually inside but i rarely go to the bank during normal hours

The drive-through ATMs are always either down or can’t read checks or cash. The ATMs inside are usually fine, except that I can’t access them after hours because the card reader that gets the door open never works. I have to drive all the way to Sheridan to use a functioning ATM.

i really wanted to give Negative 10 to this chase branch. Manager Raul Estrada is most ignorant clown i have ever seen. this branch should be shut down asap if no reasonable staff is available.

I’ve been a customer of chase for many many years. And I’ve never been treated so unfair and unjust today by Carolina Lozano the lead associate at this branch. I walked up to the teller with my cash to deposit, I had different denominations and a lot of singles . The teller tells me very rudely that I need to wrap my singles that it’s a new policy, I’ve been with chase for over 10 years never had to do that and for my own reasons sometimes I don’t have the chance to . I tell the teller this and she gets Carolina Lozano and they both turn on me and refused to deposit my cash. I will be reaching out to corporate and Mr.Chase if I have to about this. Refusing my business was illegal in their part because they for no reason discriminated against me maybe because I’m a man? Shame on you Carolina what happened to the customer is always right? What happened to customer service?
