Horrible experience with the person who works at 11. He doesn’t know how to treat customers, very rude and disrespectful with the veterans 🇺🇸.
I told him I was a disabled veteran and to treat me with respect and his response was that he didn't care who I was. I hope they give him some customer service. This guy works Tuesday nights.

Went there this weekend for an outside wash only, don't touch the interior was my only request since the vehicle was new. I went for a walk around the Plaza during the 20 minute wait. When I returned the person who handed me my keys smelled strong of cologne, my cologne . No problem at the time ,maybe he wanted to clean vehicles and smell good. When I got in to my new vehicle with its new car smell I was hit with a huge cologne odor as if who ever it was blasted 10 pumps from the cologne left in my front door pocket all over the interior. So here I an driving around with my windows down in south Florida trying to get the cologne fragrance out of my vehicle. Taught me a lesson here, you can't trust anyone anymore, not even the least most obvious thing. Will post every day here until the strong odor dissipates from my vehicle, which is currently sitting with the windows open.

For the second time the broke the back windshield arm. The manager said “could be the machine”. There are a diaclaimer. Is not our responsibility. Next time take your car to the handwashing car service !!

Who owns the car wash...I purchased the $34 supposedly the exterior of your car is brushed, the inside should be wipe & vacumm. .. but only part of it got done!!! dirt was left behind, partial spots allover.Every trim around the doors... the hub caps, etc. The guys had all kind of excuses... they would argue they were scratches...but it would come off with a rag when I would try to remove them.The tallest guy said repeatedly that I need it to purchase the most expensive if I want it the car clean... I'm the only person that rides in my car. A 2023 Toyota Tacoma with 7,014 miles, one owner!The inside if the car plastic or leather was not clean or shiny, they said they don't wipe with any liquid...the carpet wasn't 100% clean. Today, I looked for a place to take my Tacoma to have it clean on regular basis and I failed... one of the guys a young, short he looked Domican or Puertorican, everytime I openedmy mouth to show them dirt ... he would say very loud, "Madre"... I hope he wasn't saying... "Su Madre" ... I ended up with nails and hands stained from cleaning the hub caps. I won't come back because if you are getting paid to do a job... why do I have to tell you at the end, what wasn't done....I ended up doing a lot of the cleaning, wiping, etc. I'm Cuban, American, (in the great USA for over 50 yrs), proud of my Asian & European heritage... also Indian from the Caribbean as well as a 6% Black from Africa. In case someone wants to say that I'm racist!!!

Don't buy gas or anything here. I put in $64 worth of gas - grabbed my receipt, get home and my receipt says $200 on it. I called whoever answered the phone and he said they are not responsible for any transactions at their own pumps outside. I am carefully checking my Amex and so far the correct amount is showing but I don't trust the receipt that showed $200 and will keep any eye for anything else. Not a good response by the "manager".

I leave a star rating because it is not allowed to leave less. They recommended this car wash to take my new car, the place was empty and they washed it super fast. Until then, good, the next day I noticed some stains on the rear bumper and they had scratched my car trying to remove some snags that the car had. I went to talk to the manager, I didn't say it was intentional, but I hoped he would help me. This man only dedicated himself to defending the establishment and saying that it was us who had done the damage, that they knew how to take those things off. Obviously, the person who did it DIDN'T KNOW and they weren't going to recognize the mistake. He never cared about the client or made any recommendations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Nothing bad to say about this gas station. Bathroom is available, a lot of products to get, moderated prices and is well located. Inside the store there is also a Venezuelan fast food restaurant called Super Arepa where you can sit to have a meal. Gas price is moderated too.

Ever since new management, service has gone down. Talked to Juan about damage to paint on my vehicle after using their car wash. Juan was going to talk to Junior the manager to have him call me. Still waiting 4 weeks later with no return phone call. When you stop in, Junior is never available. Don’t use this place. Bad customer service. Their high pressure water system manual or machine will ruin your paint job on your car!

I went to the car wash at the Chevron station on a Monday morning. I had a new Shell gas gift card in my center console. When I tried to use the card on Saturday I noticed that the security sticker had been removed and the card was declined. Upon contacting ShellI was informed that the card had been used twice on Tuesday, the day after I had my card washed. This is the only place anyone had access to the inside of my car. Looks like my new card was switched with a used one.
