This is the Chico’s! The ladies are way better than any other location I have been.
Very sweet, very patient and very pleasant to ask for help.
They don’t make you feel like you are asking for a favor when you look for sizes or ordering.
They tell you all the promotions and help you find the best price. I also had several coupons and she helped me combine the best ones and whichever ones I can use.
I love when a store is trying to help me find the best price and closet clothes options so I can buy more things. They have a nice selection of clothes for a wide range of women’s bodies and ages.
The store is clean, organized and the colors in the store are just beautiful. You want to look at every rack!

I stopped by Chico’s while shopping for an upcoming trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was warm and helpful, but the highlight was the manager, Lena. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me put together the perfect travel outfits. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made all the difference. Thanks to her, I feel totally prepared and excited for my trip. Highly recommend!

I shop regularly at the Pembroke Pines location and find it to be very organized and appealing. The associates are friendly and helpful. I am particularly pleased that Lena is now here. I’d met her in Aventura and was quite pleased with her knowledge and service. She “ learned my style”” immediately and offers suggestions I always buy. She’s available and helpful. I receive calls whenever there is new merchandise. My experiences at Chico’s are very positive. Customer service is a high priority for me and I definitely receive excellent service here.

Diana, I deeply missed you during my last visit to the Chico's store in Pembroke Pines! You're an exceptional employee, always showing kindness, care, compassion, and the friendliest too!
Unfortunately, my experience on Friday, February 21st, 2025, at 5:02 pm was disappointing. My friend and I weren't greeted upon entering, so we proceeded to browse the sale section. As a loyal Chico's customer with Phenomenal status, I was shopping for my friend, who's handicapped and a breast cancer survivor.
While selecting items for my friend, I noticed that none of the three sales staff approached us to offer assistance. The store wasn't busy, and they had sufficient staff to provide help.
When I had around seven items, I made eye contact with the brown/blonde-haired employee and gestured that I was heading to the fitting room. However, instead of offering help, she rushed over to count the items we were taking into the dressing room. We felt humiliated and explained that I'd never experienced this before at Chico's. The employee claimed it was the new manager's policy, implemented by Lena. Really, is Chico's becoming a Ross or TJMaxx???
I'm considering contacting Chico's CEO, as we feel discriminated due to my friend's disability. Despite her noticeable limp, we received subpar treatment compared to other customers. The brown/blonde hair employee's behavior was unacceptable, and I believe she doesn't align with Chico's values. Her negative attitude seemed to influence other employees, like the one with silver/gray hair.
Due to this experience, I'm hesitant to return. However, if Diana is working, I might reconsider, as she consistently provides exceptional service!

I’m a Chicos Lover I have the “fierce status” but the costumer service at this store is awful and it is definitely not a kids friendly store, they are not very nice when you go with your kids, they are more worried about anything that kids touch than helping costumers
