HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Instead of helping their customers they tend to trick them. They put on hold their customers account with false reasons and don't allow their customers to release their money from their account with no reason. I don't recommend this bank because it has caused me problems that I've never had to deal with any other banks.

I went to Citibank to open an account with my Mom. We STOOD for 1 hour and 20 minutes while the Citibank agent SAT and tried to add my name to her account and order checkbooks. As we were leaving, she told me "I think I have been spoiled by Truist. I usually get to sit down as soon as I go into the bank!" After an hour, I asked for a chair. No one saw it fit to apologize that the procedure was taking longer than usual. The agents behaved as if it is supposed to take 1 hour and 20 minutes for such a transaction. 1.Why did it take 1 hour and 20 minutes to add my name and order checkbooks? 2.Furthermore, the Member-to-Member $200 bonus that should have credited to my account has not been made since March. I drew that to the attention of the agent. Again, no one saw it fit to apologize for the oversight. Why was the bonus NOT applied? 3.I asked an agent to delete Zelle from my Citibank account. She did not know the recommended procedure. She asked GEORGE ACOSTA who told me that it is not possible to delete Zelle. On 20 July I called Citibank and JAY deleted Zelle. Why did George Acosta misinform me? 4.On Tuesday 19 July, GEORGE ACOSTA told me that he would contact me to advise the status of the $200 Member-to-Member bonus. As of today 22 July, he has not contacted me. Nor has the $200 Member-to-Member bonus been applied to my account. What needs to happen for Citibank to honor the Member-to-Member bonus? 5.What can I do to ensure that in the future, my 92-year old Mom and I do not have to stand for 1 hour and 20 minutes for a Citibank transaction? I can stay out of Citibank!

HORRIBLE BANK ! Made me wait forever just to tell me they are all booked up for setting up a new account it doesn't take that long . Nobody is even in there, when was it appointment based to set a new account. As I'm sitting next to somebody who has a fraud bank card somebody opened up an account in their name. Might have to re-consider! ZERO STARS !

I can't believe how bad this operation is. They conned me to open an account , and never gave me the bonus. Then they charged me a $30 monthly serv fee. Then they told me to call the 1800 number with any problems. Then on a Saturday, they only had 2 tellers, with the manager telling everyone to stay outside in the sun. Then they laughed and said if you want a bonus, you have to pay $30 a month. Horrible branch !!!

This is the worst citi bank every you will sit here for ever I sat here for over 2 hours and there was no body here to work this place is horrible and it made no sense you even waste your time coming here because they work on there time and do what ever they want to do

I waited over an hour with three other unhappy customers to open a new account. They are understaffed and do not accept appointments. No updates on a wait time either. No acknowledgement. This is not a good way to start off a new customer relatoo1. I always try to look at the bright side....Citi Bank has some nice customers. I got to talk to quite a few while waiting here. When I finally did open an account, Yesenia was very cordial and helpful. She is awesome!!!

Your bank smells like mildew. Your customer service sucks! It doesn't take forever to create one account, so don't have me sign in and then tell me that new accounts is by appointment only!

A joke!!!!! The tellers are fine I'm not even sure if anyone else that works there is professional enough to understand what customer service means the manager or the guy who is "directing traffic" is trying to resolve a problem for me by telling that he can not help me because there's not enough time to do what I want to do ( process a loan ) but I have to wait behind one couple that all they wanted was some checks.... told me to put my name on the list that's not even there (get it together) then after leaving work early because I wanted to make sure everything goes smoothly and get to the branch an hour and a half before they close I get told that it's too late because the branch closes the only solution is to come tomorrow morning not that it's their fault that I'm going out of town tomorrow but why should I be penalized for coming an hour and a half early for what was told to me on the phone that was a 30 minute process if that... I feel like 1 star is too much because it's unprofessional it's not staffed accordingly and the atms are inside so wouldn't even be able to use the atm outside like any other bank in this country... this is just ridiculous been in this branch 2 hours and cannot resolve one issue all I can do is take "suggestions" because they can't help... HOW CAN MY BANK NOT HELP ME?!?! Just doesn't make sense the point is to feel comfortable and important to where you keep your money and they make a good case to move banks... thanks Citi bank for nothing but wasting my time and making me leave work early for nothing.

I had a double bad experience at this branch today. We arrived sharply at 4 and the door was closed. Although we explained the urgency of what we needed, there was no way we could get help. I strongly believe the door was closed a minute before 4 but unfortunately I can't prove. We were told to go to Miramar branch (15-20 min away) that closed also at 4! What a shame the lack of knowledge or willingness to help. As opposed to the kindness of others ar this branch, it's not the first time that I have a bad experience with this employee. We are considering changing to another bank in the area.

This may be the worst bank in the history of banking. In adequate staffing, long lines, management that says there is nothing they can do. She might Google review for further details. I can only thank the good Lord above that I am not a Citibank account holder. And anyone who goes to this branch and continues to use Citibank, will have to shut up. Or they are simply masochist. Area manager does not return phone calls. Any reviews about one or two stars is either a liar, a bank employee, or a unicorn like person who simply stumbled into an up seeing amount of good luck.

Came here to open an account and i was basically sent to another bank by their own representative. She insisted another banks were better for me even when i tried to tell her i wanted my account here. Cant believe it, how ridiculous.

Went to make a weekly deposit I have made at Citibank weekly for years and was told that from now on, because I do not have an account with Citibank, I must provide my Driver's License, Social Security Number and Occupation information. Absolutley rediculous to ask someone to risk identity theft in such a manner. I tolerated them before, and now i will not deal with them.
