  This Citibank branch is a good bank ,I truly appreciate the teller Camila because she always happy and has a wonderful smile that lite up the whole branch. The bank itself is very clean and in a beautiful shopping plaza. Also the manager are usually present and available.I’ve been going there for years now and truly appreciate their services.

  United States. I am extremely dissatisfied with the actions taken by Citibank as a client. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated. As a black man in this country, I am disheartened to believe that my status as a client is not given the significance it deserves, especially considering that my job provides me with a paycheck of over $21,000. I have been a loyal customer of Citibank for a considerable period of time.
  
  However, I have encountered a significant issue with the bank. More than two months ago, I started receiving direct deposits from my employer into my Citibank account. Astonishingly, the bank has chosen to hold my funds for the entire two-month period. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the hold on my check, I was given the runaround. I spoke with numerous representatives, and to my disbelief, one of them even refused to provide their name.
  
  In an attempt to resolve this frustrating situation, I visited a Citibank branch and opened an account. Subsequently, I received a direct deposit into this account, for which Citibank is now requesting that my employer open a claim. As a result of Citibank's actions, I have been unable to pay my bills on time and have found myself in a state of uncertainty and financial hardship. I feel deeply discriminated against and have been left with no other option but to seek assistance in this matter.
  
  I kindly request that Citibank release my payroll funds without any further delay. I have provided payroll stubs and relevant documentation to support my claim. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

  A banker named Amaris Lugo provided exceptional service during our visit. Despite closing hours, she dedicated 45 extra minutes to assist us, showed a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction. She’s definitely worth a dozen bankers. Kudos to Amaris!
