A banker named Amaris Lugo provided exceptional service during our visit. Despite closing hours, she dedicated 45 extra minutes to assist us, showed a remarkable commitment to customer satisfaction. She’s definitely worth a dozen bankers. Kudos to Amaris!

WORST BANK EVER! Do not waste your time opening an account with this bank! They’re horrible and very unprofessional. Is not only this branch is basically the actual bank it’s self CITIBANK!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Instead of helping their customers they tend to trick them. They put on hold their customers account with false reasons and don't allow their customers to release their money from their account with no reason. I don't recommend this bank because it has caused me problems that I've never had to deal with any other banks.

I had a very good experience at this branch. Everything started with a phone call I made inquiring about a promo I received. The manager Javier took the call and was very eager to help me. He explained how the promotion works and what would be my next step. He was able to secured an appointment for me to meet with a banker. I met with Arturo who took the time to answer all my questions and assisted with setting new account. Over all a very great experience.

I went to Citibank to open an account with my Mom. We STOOD for 1 hour and 20 minutes while the Citibank agent SAT and tried to add my name to her account and order checkbooks. As we were leaving, she told me "I think I have been spoiled by Truist. I usually get to sit down as soon as I go into the bank!"After an hour, I asked for a chair. No one saw it fit to apologize that the procedure was taking longer than usual. The agents behaved as if it is supposed to take 1 hour and 20 minutes for such a transaction.1.Why did it take 1 hour and 20 minutes to add my name and order checkbooks? 2.Furthermore, the Member-to-Member $200 bonus that should have credited to my account has not been made since March. I drew that to the attention of the agent. Again, no one saw it fit to apologize for the oversight. Why was the bonus NOT applied?3.I asked an agent to delete Zelle from my Citibank account. She did not know the recommended procedure. She asked GEORGE ACOSTA who told me that it is not possible to delete Zelle. On 20 July I called Citibank and JAY deleted Zelle. Why did George Acosta misinform me?4.On Tuesday 19 July, GEORGE ACOSTA told me that he would contact me to advise the status of the $200 Member-to-Member bonus. As of today 22 July, he has not contacted me. Nor has the $200 Member-to-Member bonus been applied to my account. What needs to happen for Citibank to honor the Member-to-Member bonus?5.What can I do to ensure that in the future, my 92-year old Mom and I do not have to stand for 1 hour and 20 minutes for a Citibank transaction?I can stay out of Citibank!

Two Appointments cancellations in less than a week with not reason. The idea was to open a business and personal account. Terrible services, The manager is not awre what happening here during saturdays.

Bad service overall, would never come here. As a costumer of Citi bank it’s a waste to come here, with an appointment and wait for over 40 min. Terrible branch service.

I have been trying to open a bank account for my 17 year old. I passed by on Wednesday but they were closed. I called on Thursday 3/10 a total of 12 time until I finally was able to contact someone from this branch, I was advised to come to either make an appointment or pass by the branch before closing time... well here I am, 3/12 11:00 and I was just informed I need it an appointment to open the account. Extremely disappointed. After being a customer for about 18 years, unable to open an account for my kid.

Went to the bank as there is no one to answer the phone there. Needed to make a change to my mothers account- adding a name to the account. Was told we needed to make an appointment after waiting for 30 minutes. Tried to make an appointment only to have one of the associates telling one of the tellers to take my information- which he wrote on a post it note and said someone would call back with available dates. Still waiting on an appointment 4 days later. I will have my mother close this account as these people do not have a clue.
