It is unacceptable to go to a store where you buy not just one item but several and they don't have bags. This means that one does not buy more products and buy them somewhere else. For my part, I went to buy everything I needed at another store further away but in the end it was cheaper and they gave me the bags for free like in all stores. Cosmoprof is the only store in the USA that does not give out bags when you buy.

Too bad why they sell dyes of all kinds but in their entry THEY DO NOT NOTICE THAT you must have a license to even buy a shampoo!

The Customer Service was on point. I went in and anytime I let the cashier know I wasn't ready to cash out she went ahead and patiently allowed me to take my time. I will be going back. They will answer any questions you have.

Short of the old Educating Hands store, I never had a place that had dedicated sections for massage supplies. I have walked around this strip mall for the last six years but I had never seen Cosmo Prof, and I am glad I did. For starters, this store is meant for licensed professionals only. This includes Cosmetologists, Barbers and Massage Therapists. Some of the material that is sold is specialized and they will only sell to you if you get their membership (which requires a license) or show your license every time you show up. I found it extremely convenient that I have a local shop I can buy Biotone products at. They have massage lotion, gel and cream, and they sell some of the smaller bulk packages as well. Their pricing is not bad at all either. I will probably still get most of my work supplies from Amazon but this is a clutch pinch hitter for when you need to refill and can't wait.
