I walked in the store 9-29-2024 .Barbara was unable to help me because of language barriers. She really tried to help me , she decided to put her manager on the phone Maria . Maria yelled at me telling me to come back tomorrow at 10am to speak to someone who speaks English. She was really ..really nasty..as Barbara was embarrassed. Now Cricket will loose a customer of ten years . This is not the way to speak to customers.

Excellent Service from the Store Manager Lisandra dedicated all the time necessary to teach me step by step since I had never used an iPhone, she answered all my questions and made me feel safe before making the decision to change to an iPhone I recommend this store and to That girl is very clean in the store and a very nice atmosphere, really a lot of professionalism in what she does, thank you Lisandra

On 8/11/24 I went into this store because my phone died completely. I was told that I was told that I was intilted to an upgrade so I went in. ( I was across the street shopping) so I went in. The only person working didn't speak a lot of English. I tried to explain to her what I needed. She came out with a phone, I wasn't givin a choice, or an explanation of what was available to me. The phone she gave me is horrible droped calls and no one can hear me talk.
I was charged $39.99 for a screen protector that I didn't want, I was told it was included with the phone, and $8.00 for insurance I did not want or ask for. After finding out how much I was over charged and went back to the store and was told that I had to see the Manager on Monday. I told them I couldn't come in until Saturday I was told that there wouldn't be a problem.
I arrived today 8/24 I'm told that the Manager is out of the country and won't be available until Friday, and all they can do is give me a credit on my account, and not back on the card I used like is says on the back of the receipt.
All and all I'm out $48.00, and have a phone that is useless.
Metro PCS here I come.

My experience was excellent with a Cuban girl who had just started in that store. She told me her name was Lisandra and she treated me with a lot of love and dedicated all the time I needed. I hope I'll be here for a long time because I will be her client as long as she is part of that store and I will recommend it to other friends thanks Lisandra excellent work

Went into Cricket Store as I got a brand new phone and I’m 75 years old and didn’t have a clue how to do SIM card. Tatiana was so helpful and patient with me and totally transferred all my information onto my new phone. She is a great representative for your company. I truly appreciated her help

Horrible customer service. I walked in dizzy and wanted to use the reason at room. The cashier said we don't have public bathrooms. I said, I will be back to buy a phone. I walk in, he tells me that he can’t take me, I have ro wait for the next person in line. Horrible service, terrible eticate and I would never return.
