The facility is poorly maintained: broken elevators, doors, rats, broken front gate. Plus the price of my unit was continually rising. I had a 5x10 that’s was ridiculously overpriced. Moved a few miles away for $80 less, a larger unit, and a clean, well-kept facility.

Overpriced I was paying almost $300 for a '5x10' room basically a closet. With little effort you can find cheaper, nicer, cleaner storage facilities nearby.
