Worse Pharmacy in the history of Pharmacies. This has been by far the worse experience I have ever had. So my doctor calls in my prescriptions it takes the over 24 hours to fill just one of the prescriptions that per the app should have been filled only a few hours after it was called in. Then I noticed they put my other prescription on hold with no explanation other then call the Pharmacy. So I attempted to call the pharmacy and was greeted by an automated answering service that cannot help me with my order and doesn't allow me to speak with a real person. It prompts me to leave a message with the assurance that I would get a call back as soon as possible. Needless to say I got no such call back and have left numerous messages pleading for information as to why the prescription is on hold, and have gotten crickets in return. It scares me to think, what if it was my heart medicine and they did this. I could end up in the ER due to their negligence. Very scary and irresponsible location to place orders for your meds. As of today, I still haven't heard from them and will ask my doctor to resend the prescriptions to a Walgreens or Publix. Their customer ratings surpass CVS. "Use this location at your own risk"..

Photo department is completely non existent and non functional.Placed an order and arrived at the store an hour past the pick-up time. The clerk had no idea what to do. The clerk openly admitted to not understanding the photo system. When I asked if there was anyone there she could talk to to assist, the clerk advised there was not, that “nobody knows” and that “nobody can help.”I wasted hours of my time waiting for the “system” to “be up” without any courtesy, help, explanation, and with just blank stares of confusion.It’s clear CVS should cease operating a photo department with staffing that has no idea how their own system works.

I don't know why I continue to bother using this pharmacy other than it's close. My doctor sent a prescription well before closing time. They claimed to not have received it. I had a UTI so I was dying to have the antibiotic. The next morning, they still claimed nothing was sent even though the doctor's office had confirmed it twice. And the staff is just rude. Had to wait until after 11:30am to finally get it. I need to just stop going here at all.

A Pharmacy should have the same sanitation standards as a doctor's office or hospital. What I witnessed this morning at the CVS located at 11100 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines FL, is appalling. The bathroom was disgusting. You'll see from the attached photos that the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days, if not weeks. I probably will never shop at any CVS again. If that's what their ok with the customer seeing, how do I know if the pharmacy is run in a similar fashion. DISGUSTING!!!

Very lazy workers. They refuse to respond to phone calls and when you show up physically, they gaslight and deny that they simply haven't gotten your call when I can see the lazy workers in the back picking up the phone and slamming it back on the receiver over and over. They all collectively have a horrendous attitude, and of course, to treat them the same way in return would be immoral, because of course, they like to play the victim like whining children.

Pharmacy- drive-thru review: I went in today to do a repeat Covid test. I intentionally drove past my closest CVS (Miramar and Dykes) to this location due to appt availability and hoped they would move faster than molasses (like Miramar and Dykes). I have insurance and made sure to upload my insurance card electronically, brought my physical insurance card, and was on my way. The lady at the drive thru really needs to temper her anger and frustration. She yelled at me "give me a MIN" when I was trying to ask her what was going on? I had Ben waiting forever (as the only car in the drive thru line) and she said there was a problem - w my appt. She didn't explain anything. I'm just watching her through the glass like...can I get details? So, I say do you need anything from me? Do you want my insurance card? Her- no. Do you want me to drive around since I'm holding up the line? (I'm watching the line backup). Her- no- don't worry about it. Then, she says she needs to get the NP. I'm like- ok what's the problem? Her- blank face . Ok. 'Cool'. So I'm just waiting- 20min at this point...and then, wait for it- she asks for my insurance.. me- - I just asked if you wanted that? She tells me it shows my insurance is rejected. I so wanted to scream. I told her that I was at cvs a week ago - and no problem. I'm just re-testing..Sigh- please do better w the customer service @ the drive thru window. If you don't/won't communicate effectively w customers/ this is not the role for you.

Just transferred some scripts from another pharmacy and I regret doing that. This pharmacy will not answer the phone, only to be put on hold and then hung up on. Never told me they had to order my one medicine. They said it would take 1 day to get it. Well it's been a week. Bad choice on my part. Looks like most of the CVS's have major issues.

terrible experience in the drive thru on January 4,2023 , i was with my daughter with appointment for covid test , the assistant didn't explain how process and obviously not result came because anything happened with the sample ... very bad experience in this store don't go there
