CVS at 70 N University Dr. Pemboke Pines Rosemary helped me with a discount on my medication, which was very expensive. I ended paying 5.00 instead of 100:00. The staff was very helpful and nice. I recommend the CVS at 70 N University.

On January 15, 2023 I visited CVS Pharmacy. I was suppose to report my last experience, which took place a couple weeks ago. It was a horrendous experience with this lady pharmacist, her name began with an 'O' I believe, it was something like Oliphelia, refused to come to window after her colleague called her to. There was another female pharmacist, refusing to come to the window as well. I guess they all don't like performing the tasks that comes with the skillset, pharmacist. I asked one of the new staff at the drive-in window for my prescription he stated I have to come back tomorrow. I asked to speak with a pharmacist and he stated, the lady pharmacist refuses to come to the window. I wanted her to explain why my prescription was not ready. The young, inexperienced man at the register said adamantly \"You gotta come back tomorrow.\" Mind you that is an important medication that I have to take every single day. **January 15th at 5:24 pm EST pulled up to the drive thru and this girl at register begins to help. I tell her I want to pick up my prescriptions, she states they are not ready. I said but one of prescribers, prescribed two medications for me, so why is one ready and you are telling me the one will be ready in 15 minutes and that I am must drive around? Why should I have to drive around if the 2 prescriptions are prescribed by the one doctor? I then asked to speak with the pharmacist, his name is Kabir Sheikh, Pharmacy Manager at store 1147, located at 70 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines FL 33024. He came out immediately and said \"You need to drive back around in 15 minutes!!\" I said \"I received the text that the prescriptions were ready, no one is behind us, and I should not have to drive back around.\" He yelled out \"You don't come here with an attitude, you have an attitude, I won't fill the medication for you!!\" We were in shock at how he spoke to us and refusing to fill my prescription. He left and then filled the prescription. He gave it to the girl who then handed it me. I have to say that this use to be a nice pharmacy, but the staff here gets an 'F'. The pharmacists are extremely rude and never willing to come to the window to help the new, poorly trained staff or customers. They are constantly giving misinformation and do have any professionalism. Someone needs to audit their work behavior, especially at the drive thru. It's truly a shame there isn't a professional manager at STORE 1147.**

Carla, pharmacy tech - checking your watch for messages WHILE a customer is providing personal pertinent information to pick up their medication is unprofessional, unacceptable and disrespectful. Requesting a customer repeat the information 3 times - how DARE we interrupt your focus on the text you just received?!Customers visiting the pharmacy require medications that are a crucial necessity and should be handled responsibly - clearly by your actions you are incapablePharmacist - you should be aware of your staffs interactions or lack thereof with customers, you don't greet, speak or acknowledge customers either - clearly your staff follows your example - customers are secondary and a nuisance - not just one customers perception CVS prove you care about customers - not just the insurance monies - is your staff emulating your policies?!? 24 days and cricket from cvs corporate or management staff

Worst CVS experience, I will not go to this location ever again. I have been a CVS customer for years. My regular location is great. Never had an issue staff is helpful at all times of the day. I have even gone to the Pharmacy after 11pm, never had an issue. Service is always helpful and friendly. This locations Pharmacy closes at 8:00pm got the 10 minutes to 8:00pm. I get that they are closing and may not be able to do subscriptions but they can still be helpful. Which they were not. On top of all that the place just looks very dumpy and run down. The lighting is terrible and really uncomfortable. Could understand if this wasn't in a major shopping area but it's in a nice area of town in a well keep storefront. This matter because the place just doesn't seem well run in any matter which is a shame because the store I regular to is a gold mine and don't look like dying store.

While I never have a problem with the rest of the store most everyone else who works here is awesome, I don't come here to grocery shop, I come here to get my medication. Every time me and my husband come here and there's a certain pharmacist behind the counter, it's a horrible experience. An older black female pharmacist with glasses who I've never seen smile once or even greet or talk to people respectfully. Me and my husband had to deal with this person a few times prior.One incident was right after our car was hit from behind, we got injured and was getting medication filled. Only a couple people were in front of us and we were the last, or third, in line with no one else behind us. Apparently it was about a minute or so before their lunch/break time, as after the person in front of us was helped, she closed the window gate/blinds just as we moved forward, saying they were on break and to come back in 30 minutes, an hour, I don't remember. I remember voicing, "Are you serious? We're the last ones! We can't come back"...And down goes the blinds. We basically had to walk around the store for the amount of time it took for them to return.Whenever we encounter her or listened to her when we visit this CVS she is rude and doesn't treat anyone kindly from what we've encountered. She comes off as not liking her job, not liking whomever she is helping, or both. Any joy, positivity, or politeness you may have had when coming in, gets suck out when dealing with this person and you wind up leaving bitter and disgruntled.The latest incident was getting different medications and my husband left to fill it as I was in pain. Next thing I know I get a call asking me which part I wanted filled on the prescription. I was confused because I didn't know what she meant. I wasn't there so I don't know what was said to make her ask that. So I said all of it, unless there is something else she suggests that might be cheaper in references to pain patches. She said she just wanted to check (Mind you I NEVER had this happen before) and then started dismiss me to hang up, but I tried to get her to listen to me to just do whatever my husband stated as he should be there and I don't know what was going on, but she continued talking over me, dismissing me, and then hung up.Called my husband to ask WTF, who never knew she called me, and then went to make sure there was no confusion, but dismissed him saying she already spoke to me. He said that she was, ONCE AGAIN, very rude This is definitely not someone who should be interacting with customers at all, especially when most of them are having a bad day already. You don't pick up anti-inflammatories and pain-medication because you're having a terrific fabulous day and are all smiles. Getting greeted by an employee who doesn't reflect your inner present self makes a BIG DIFFERENCE..The last thing anyone needs is a customer dis-service worker who doesn't care if they come off as bitter, bitchy, rude, and just not giving a shit. You don't like you're job, don't take it out on the customers.

Long wait time to pick up your medications.Very Rude pharmacists that don't appreciate your business. Send your prescriptions elsewhere if you value your time.

If it were any other day, I'd be extremely pleased with CVS.I mean, having this location nearby has been nothing short of amazing. It's never packed and I've been able to find all the goodies I've needed.Plus, I even managed to get my passport photos done, and while I can't stand how I look in those photos (and I mean, really, who can?), it was relatively quick and painless.I appreciate the ample parking lot, the proximity to a traffic light, and even the drive-thru pharmacy. Maybe that last one I haven't used, but it seems to move rather quickly. My one complaint? Their Wi-Fi is terrible and I couldn't print photos at the kiosk, despite downloading their app. Needless to say, I ended up ordering them from somewhere else, and eh, I'll be having to pick them up later on.

They better sanitize the place because I was there sick , no one wanted to help me through the drive thru so I avoid going inside , when I asked them to use the machine to say yes no etc they said no and skip me to the next customer that's was very rude

I recently moved around there and this is the first pharmacy I've visited using the drive through service for a drop off, it was quick and worth while. Their product knowledge, patience and customer service skills, exceeded my expectations. They worked with the doctor and insurance to fulfill my order and kept me updated as stated the medications were ready as promised. So far so good, but can't wait to try the in-store service 😎 and will submit as soon as I use it.
