I’m 74 years old, went to CVS I asked for assistance and Jasmin was there to help me, she was very knowledgeable, and helped me in all my needs. I am very satisfied with the Assistance that I was giving in the store.

The worse pharmacy experience in my life. It takes almost 3 hours for my sick son. The text messages never came. When I get home the prescription is not complete and the only medication that give it to me is powder is not mixed yet. What a disaster pharmacy. I hope that I don’t need to be back to that pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet they’re rude walk away in the middle of conversations, don’t apply insurance unless u ask them too and don’t care if they’re over charging you, never call back, and they’ll tell you ur meds are ready and when u get there they say u need to wait 2 more hours whoever runs this place needs to change careers CVS is already pretty bad this is the worst one of them all

Worst pharmacy- unfortunately I can't give zero stars. My doctor called in a prescription for a year. When I went to pick up the second refill on a Saturday, they did not have it and said they wouldn't have the medication until Monday so I asked for a few pills to hold me over the weekend and paid for 5 days worth. When I came back the Thursday after, they still did not have the prescription filled and no pills to hold me over as they said it would not be in stock for a few days. This is the third time I've had similar issues with them- my insurance has forced me to go here or I'd go Anywhere else.

Employees are incompetent!!! I came to the same location 6 times in one week!!! They kept telling me to come back for a prescription that was going to delivered and each time it wasn’t there and I was given a different date. I will be coming contacting corporate!!!

The absolute worst experience! This pharmacy is trash, the staff are rude, don’t want to work, don’t attempt to even say good morning or good evening, have attitude and your money without even telling you the total. I’ve asked for a manager multiple times and “they are never available” it’s sad this is how you treat patients picking up medicine/sick. I hope the entire pharmacy staff gets replaced with professional and respectable individuals because the managers are to blame for these incompetent and rude staff which have zero customer service skills! The will be reporting this to the BBB!

The Pharmacy staff in particular were extremely rude. Made me wait in line only to close the drive thru window after waiting for an hour. I was waiting for my insulin then walked inside, met the same staff that said “give me 15 mins” then closed the pharmacy. The staff when confronted said “I’m off the clock” they should’ve been honest and I would’ve directed my time towards another CVS which could’ve helped me instead I was out of insulin, felt horrible and was left with no resolution despite waiting and wasting my time. Jen or Jenny Lenar (Manager) I hope and pray one of your family never goes through the same or similar experience I went though.

The guy today had an attitude..he told me don't touch the screen when my mom was ready for the picture and I said I didn't touch it..and then he told me to leave the store..pure rudeness..I'm not interested in talking a picture here, that's for sure ..he disrespected me big time..

rude women that work in this establishment if you don't like your job look for new work , why stay and be so miserable to every single customer .
