Do you mind picking up the phone? Can you stop leaving VM and 12 auto calls on the wrong vm? The last two and a half days….literally calling twice while leaving another vm? How about those auto text messages?Pick up your phones. Stop letting it go to vm. No one on the front end. No one in pharmacy. Pick up the phone! Don’t tell me about how many laws y’all violated. I have vm messages with someone else’s personal info!

stay away from this pharmacy, if you have not picked up medication from this branch yet let me explain how your experience will be the sanitation of this pharmacy is unbelievable employees coughing while handling medication and I wish that was the sanitation was all the customer service including the pharmacist attitudes horrific they will make it there life's purpose for you to leave with high blood pressure as there golden code is the employee is right and the customer is an idiot they may had gone to medical school but should of taken a customer service class I will be informing all my friends and family and people to stay away from this branch it's horrific how in this day and age there is no respect and no human morals

If I could give less stars I would. I've been going here for a while with no problem, and now the new pharmacist that seems to be a supervisor is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Too blunt and disrespectful. Not coming back here.

Horrible service they never call you. They never tell you if they have the medicine or no and after they wait hours in lines, they tell you you have to wait two more days that’s ridiculous.

Of I could give negative stars I would... clearly the pharmacy staff hates their job they are the most miserable ? misinformed staff of any cvs I have ever encountered. They lie and make stuff up ... go anywhere else but here

Boy was I wrong to choose this location for my medicine. This place is a joke. I'm sure if corporate was aware this would not continue to go on. These people are the rudest and it shows they don't care about us customers. Very disappointing.

well the one staff at this location should choose a different vocation where there is no contact with humans. I understand CVS' are horribly understaffed and the company seems to not care. The non-pharmacists CVS hires have the qualification of happening to fill out an application. However, understanding that there are medications that may be of important urgency like insulin, PCKD medications or anti rejection RX's - the staff have no clue I hope the pharmacist knows what medication are higher priority. And trying to get anything correctly ordered through the CVS app or the CVS website..has always entailed speaking to a human to get it straightened out. I put complete responsibility on CVS Corporation and the heads of the company.

If I could rate the pharmacy a zero I would. The pharmacy techs are never helpful; they are always “too busy”, rushing to get you out. There’s always a problem, meds are never available. I had meds filled by my kids pediatrician at 10:30am and by end of day all meds were not filled. The main medication for my kids - PREDNISONE was left for last & NOT filled. They said “it came late & were short staffed”. What type of service is that? How do they prioritize? Everytime I advise I’ll pick up at another pharmacy they never place the medication on hold so that other pharmacy can fill it, leaving me with no choice but to pick up with this same damn pharmacy. I have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 5 years and I’ve had enough. THERES ALWAYS AN EXCUSE…

My husband called regarding a prescription. He was told to call tomorrow they have no one who speaks Spanish. This is unacceptable in this area where more than 50% of the population is Hispanic. Also, the doctor who seems to be from India or one of Arabic countries is very rude just as the young personnel who takes care of the public.

I just had the worst experience at this location. I came to do a pickup order and the lady who was the only cashier in the front was finished with the current customer however she stayed an extra five to eight minutes talking about their personal life with no acknowledgment that I was there to do a pick-up. When the customer finally left, the cashier didn't even want to take my pickup and try to pass me along someone else I will never go to the CVS again.

Dont ever go to this cvs to pick-up medication. Son just had knee surgery. He is in post op . So i go over to cvs and try to fill a prescription that the doctor gave for percocet. There response. We don't have it and we don't call sister store to see if they do. So basically they were like screw you. So if your loved one needs medicine asap don't go here.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any CVS. They have no ethics, customer service skills. They should look into providing training tools on how to treat patients.

I don't know why I continue to bother using this pharmacy other than it's close. My doctor sent a prescription well before closing time. They claimed to not have received it. I had a UTI so I was dying to have the antibiotic. The next morning, they still claimed nothing was sent even though the doctor's office had confirmed it twice. And the staff is just rude. Had to wait until after 11:30am to finally get it. I need to just stop going here at all.

It’s a regular CVS. Clean and staffed appropriately. The usual customer service.
