This CVS is always clean and the representative that is there is always friendly and helpful and professional. She will always stop what she might be doing and help you find an item, will answer questions and show an interest in whatever information you are seeking. I feel she is a great asset to this particular CVS and why I prefer to shop at this specific CVS as opposed to others in my area. I know it will be a hassle free experience each time I need something. I wish other CVS stores had the same type of personality as that of the representative found in this specific store. Again, she represents CVS very well and I have suggested to neighbors who may ask me about an item to go there before trying another place to shop because I know they will be treated well and are in good hands.

They don't respect the schedule
...they open whenever they feel like it...it's supposed to be at 9am and it's 9:15 and they don't open and the manager's response is that they are a little late...people also have a schedule to do their things and they have to waste time because of people who don't comply

My wife and I came to pick up our daughter's breathing medication. Even though we were notified that the medication was ready. Upon arrival, we were told we had to wait. We advised the pharmacist that we had no trouble waiting. The pharmacist became agitated when we told her we would wait for it in the window. The pharmacist then proceeded to use unprofessional language and remind us that she was the one filling the prescription for our daughter's life-saving medication. The threat was definitely implied. We went around, and the pharmacist became combative and indicated that we were the ones who always had a problem with the facility and that we should be more appreciative of the work that they were doing. We then informed the pharmacist that this was not our first encounter with customer service-related matters in the pharmacy section. She needed to use meaningful language and indicated once again that she was not sure why we would argue with the person filling our daughter's prescription for life-saving medication. We reminded the pharmacist that she has an ethical obligation to complete her responsibilities and fill the prescription as written. The pharmacist's behavior was unethical and unprofessional and merits an investigation. A complaint has been filed with the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Pharmacy.

Every damn time I go to the pharmacy Reja I hope that’s her name has the nastiest ATTITUDE!!! If you don’t like your job leave. If it wasn’t for the insurance making use CVS I wouldn’t even bother.

Every time I shop with this cvs pharmacy #2849 I feel at home and comfortable. From klaudia to the rest like Sara, Kobe and the others they go beyond to help even picking up the item for you. All the staff from the pharmacy to the store are commendable.

Never a bad shopping experience at this CVS on Palm and Pembroke Rd. The front staff and pharmacy staff are always friendly to me.

Pull into the parking lot was clean and as you walk in the Door, it mean a lot, the was also neat clean and organized, the cashier did speak and very professional at checkout.

Excellent work, very professional, Mrs. Sara is bilingual and the pharmacy is very attentive and professional, the entire place is clean and organized.

The service was atrocious. I had ordered the medicine, but when I went to pick it up, a lady rudely informed me that they were out of stock, after making me wait for 45 minutes.

Passed by to pick up my prescription. Young lady with long black hair told me they were out of stock. I completely understand. I asked if she can look into the system and see if they had it at any other CVS, she flat out told me NO, there is no way and to wait until tomorrow. Horrible customer service.
