Passed by to pick up my prescription. Young lady with long black hair told me they were out of stock. I completely understand. I asked if she can look into the system and see if they had it at any other CVS, she flat out told me NO, there is no way and to wait until tomorrow. Horrible customer service.

Every single time… they’ll send you a text message that your prescription is ready. After making the line for 25 minutes the lady tells me it will be ready in an hour because she just sent it in to be filled. Why send a text saying it’s ready then??? The worst service!

The Pharmacy is awful. Your doctor will send a prescription over to them. Send you verification by text. This pharmacy staff can't find it. My doctor has sent numerous prescriptions over. They'll tell me they can't find them. I'll log onto my app. I'll have 3 separate prescriptions of the same medication available for refills. That happens all the time. Every month I know it's going to be a beastly experience at this place. When you go in. They'll tell you. You don't have refills. You have to tell them to flip through to the next page. They're just that sad. Unfortunately with my insurance I have to use CVS because they're in network. If I had my choice. I'd use a small family owned pharmacy. Where they know you. They like they're job. And they love what they do.

Haha, I wasnt going to review until I saw how everyone had the same pharmacy experience I had. Was the only person waiting at the drop off drive thru side, watched 6 cars in the main lane come and go while i hit the button politely for 20+ minutes. The rude pharmacists looked so bothered by my presence when all they had to do was send me the tube and id be out of their hair that quick :)They just need a little compassion training and maybe more staff. 2 stars cause 1 is a little ridiculous chill out ppl

Doesn't answer the phone will wait you out while placing you on hold or eventually just hang up instead of talking to you regarding the pharmacy

If they had a negative stars rating. The CVS takes the cake. Worst costume service, pharmacy technician are lost. The pharmacist does have any information and have no sense of urgency. Drive thru is a horrible experience. When asked for the pharmacist manager or director names, they said they didn’t have the information. And on top of the they discussed my medication information in front of another customer the got of the car and cut me off in the middle of the conversation and they ignored me. When as for a corporate number said they did not have the information so I google it. They should retraining and educate staff of customers services stander patients care.

This pharmacy is a joke- I called and couldn’t understand the lady on the other line. I nicely asked to speak with someone else and she just hung up on me- whoever you are leave your feelings to the side or just don’t work with on the Health field. It’s just an overall mission here.

" IF THERE WAS ANYTHING LOWER THAN A ⭐ I WOULD HAVE RATE IT!THIS STORE HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE PHARMACY IS THE WORST!!! YOU CAN DIE WAITING ON THE PHONE,LINE,OR BETTER YET TRYING TO PICK UP YOUR MEDICINE ?.. 9 OUT OF 10 THEY HAVE A SIGN IN THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW SAYING PHARMACIST NOT ON PREMISES AT 10 AM IN THE MORNING OR HALF OF THE DAY OR JUST MIA... Overall this CVS NEEDS TO JUST CALL IT QUITS BECAUSE PEOPLE LIVES ARE AT RISK ?

The pharmacy gave me a prescription that was prescribed from a doctor that I went to 3 yrs ago. I took the medication thinking that my current physician had prescribed it because he and I had discussed other medications.

The pharmacy has the worst service on the phone .. i have a medication that is needed for lupus… and everytime i call i get the worst attitude ever … and at the end of the call i get an mmhmm bye .. like you guys work with people who need meds for pain and other things like to keep living check your attitudes at the door before your work day thank you !!!
